Do not use this company to install a fireplace. They never return phone calls for months at a time, they are rude and incompetant. When they finally show up they never discuss a price you just get a bill in the mail 6 months later !!! Stay away there are so many great fireplace companies out there unfortunately my builder used this complete moron,

I scheduled an appointment with map to have the insulation installed in my house two weeks in advance. When I called the day before the appointment to confirm, they had no record of the appointment. I rescheduled. they broke the first appointment, and gave me a three day window. I told him that I have a newborn and a two-​year-​old that will need to be out of the house and we needed a more specific time. They told me they would be there on Thursday, and called first thing to postpone the appointment. They said they would be two hours late. They ended up being six hours late, and when they showed up they work for less than two hours and left. He said they would be back the next day at a time of our choosing. They showed up two hours late for that, and did not finish the job. When I called, the management was rude and sounded irritated with me for their mistake. Would never use this company or recommend to anyone. Absolutely deplorable service.
