I received really great customer service at this AT&T store. A representative walked right up to me as I stepped through the doors and quickly assisted me with a problem I was having with , all while being friendly and professional. They even walked me through my available plan options to make sure I was satisfied with my phone and service. Having worked in the retail industry, I can definitely identify and appreciate good customer service.

I had a «Ghost in the Machine»…Iphone 4… tried all day and the previous night to get rid of it. 3 Minutes with a tech and it was gone! I’ve got to say, the greeting process SUX! All the attendants were working with other people, so I wasn’t greeted at the door… and then stood in line for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Don’t get me wrong… every single person looked up, looked me in the eyes(some even smiled), and then they all went back to work… no one said«Hello» or «We will be with you in a moment»… until after I had been there for 5 minutes. However, once I was serviced(and it was an easy fix), everything was great… and they didn’t charge me. But the customer service issue, has gaps in the plan and needs to be addressed. 3STARS

The GF stopped by to get her Iphone upgraded(yes, she’s one of those sheep). The wait was only about 5 – 10 minutes and from there, it was seamless. The lady who helped us was friendly and informative. We were on our way out within 15 minutes — and that’s a win in my book!

On my God I walked into this place in a very large man with a sweater vest pounced on me not listening to a word I said in regards to what I needed. I lasted about two minutes and walked out of there I will go to to get what I need.

Horrible Service. Manager doesn’t care nor knows of his products They have two options with this store which is to do what they say or cancel. Some guy at store was so angry he was pounding on the table which is no surprised compared to the business they do here. If I weren’t a loyal ATT Customer I would have cancelled on the spot. Bypass this store and just call 611 or go online to order products.
