Terrible customer service. Any time I’ve wanted to make a purchase of an item you have to get out of a locked area I have to wait for help. There doesn’t seem to be enough staff whenever I go which is probably why the customer service sucks most of the time. There was one time a lady was giving me attitude when I was returning a product even though I had my reciet and was being very respectful and even tried to make small talk with her.

Poor movie selection. My dad bought a computer that broke while under warranty. Best buy gave him a hassle and would not honor the warranty.

Update: I wound up cancelling the order referenced in my review after the store unilaterally cancelled the delivery, but told us all day it was still en route. When we tried to re-schedule the delivery I was told that they could help with that but didn’t want to, and to try to do it through the 1 – 800 number instead. I was also advised that since the store had already received the commission for the order, they weren’t that worried about it and I would ‘get it when I get it.’ I cancelled the order through the corporate customer relations complaint line, who hopefully look into how poorly this store is managed.
