friendly staff great variety of drinks served cold hot, or frozen. our favorite is the frozen butterfinger latte frozen. sweet delicious drink with the strong coffee and caffeine kick in backside to get you moving when you come out of the sugar coma. in one word awesome. check the board for the daily trivia question to exercise your brain. can be a little expensive but check for their many deals and specials

I love this place. All they need is a drive thru now! They have great service. And will make your coffee the way you want it with out any questions. I like my coffee not steaming boiling hot like most of the coffee places will make your coffee. They made mine special and not so hot !!

I’m always left satisfied! Good service, drinks are made pretty fast, and what I order usually turns out delicious. There’s a huge variety of drinks, and the place is never too busy. It’s not a typical café setting though… just a bunch of small tables and chairs.

A bit different environment from Starbucks both inside and customer-​wise. Lots of small tables and chairs, bigger tables and couches would be nice.
The drinks are good and prices are about the same as everywhere else. Internet is faster than Starbucks — 5mb vs 1.5mb.
Biggest complaint: no drive-​through! What the heck?

I went to Biggby after hearing on the news it was open. Great place and really good selection of coffee drinks. I ordered the Charged Chai which is a chai latte with shots of espresso. Being a Starbucks addict, I think I am going to become a Biggy convert. I never felt «hip» enough for Starbucks and Biggby’s is very laid back. They offer free wifi and the owner is very attentive to the customers. Prices are comparable to others and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
