What a joke for a family restaurant. Employees argued the whole time. No managers in sight. Unprofessional and disorganized.

Horrid breakfast… Horrid service! If you want to wait an hour for cold eggs, the smallest portion of hash browns and a sloppy plate… this is your place. Nothing beats a two dollar cup of coffee that never gets refilled. The waitstaff isn’t even attentive!

What a joke. Went here to have a nice dinner with my family, and it was one issue after another. The waitress claimed that they had a rush going on, however, the restaurant was only half full. People seated 5 – 10 minutes after us got their orders taken first. A manager came out and took our order to help her out. I ordered the three course meal with their two boneless chicken breast with the wildfire on it. My wife ordered the sirloin steak. My kiddos had spaghetti and the grilled cheese. After waiting a really long time to get the meal, my food was completely wrong. The manager that took the order came out and told me it completely his fault on the order and that they would get it corrected right away. Well, about half of my wife’s steak was cooked ok, the other half was so undercooked it was practically mooing. After the kids had already finished their meals, and we were waiting, they finally brought out my meal. And guess what, it was wrong again! it was a single chicken breast that look like it was just plain. He said he could get it corrected, but I had enough. I told him I was done and not to worry about recooking anything else for me as I would find another place to eat. They never offered to recook my wife’s steak. So after waiting another period of time, come to find out they only comped my meal, which I never got to eat. Nothing for the lengthy waits, nothing for the inconvenience, nothing for my frustration. He then goes on to tell me about Bob Evan’s high standards, which apparently are not enforced over here. When checking out, the cashier asked about my meal, to which I honestly answered, «dunno, I never got to eat it.» I also mentioned that since half of my wife’s food was inedible and wasn’t corrected, that they should take ½ off of that meal. The waitress told me that her manager said no, because she had eaten half of her meal. My reply” You can tell your manager that they just guaranteed the loss of my business. Stay away, unless you like to wait forever for undercooked steak or the wrong order.
