After hearing nothing but great things about Bradley’s, I had to come and give it a try. The interior is bright, cheerful, yet classy. We chose to sit right by the window and look out at the downtown area. The menu wasn’t huge, which I prefer anyway. Most dishes are incorporated with local farm products, or are made ingredient-by-ingredient in house! We started with the truffle fries, which came in a massive pile in the plate! It is definitely something you want to share between at least two people! They reminded me of past vacations to the west coast, where truffles are seemingly abundant. For dinner I chose the coconut Thai salad which came well played, and was a myriad of tangy and creamy flavors. I normally don’t order salads, but this one is filling and exciting! My s/o ordered the Mac-n-cheese with smoked Gouda and chicken breast. It was so creamy and not overly dense. Our waiter was great the entire time: didn’t hover, gave wonderful recommendations, and was helpful to answer our questions. We finished off with the lavender crème brûlée, which was so well done it was comparable to the kind I’ve had in Paris. We will be back as we’ve now found our new favorite spot in Saginaw!

Bradley’s Bistro is a little gem in Saginaw. Our family threw a birthday party for our Mom’s 80th and Bradley’s did a wonderful job! The food was excellent! We chose the fish tacos, roast beef sandwich and chicken sandwich along with their famous Mac n’ Cheese as our menu items. We added hummus and falafel appetizers to the mix. Every tasty morsel was consumed by the guests! Our service was superb and the restaurant was the perfect size for our group of 30. Bradley’s was closed for our Sunday afternoon gathering. I would not recommend a group of much higher in number as the venue is cozy and more than 35 – 40 could cramp your guests. I would highly recommend Bradley’s for lunch or dinner and that special small party you’ve been meaning to throw for the special someone in your life!

So good! Not a massive selection, but what they have is great. For my fellow vegans, the kale and quinoa salad is amazing.

This place is a diamond in the rust. I ordered the truffle fries and oh my gosh I think I died and went to heaven. Also the homemade doughnut was warm and amazing. Overall I had a good experience. I have a few critiques but they aren’t huge. I ordered the salmon and the beans under my fish were really undercooked and my significant other ordered the beef cheeks and the dish was good but the dish needs a sauce because it was very dry. We felt it would be rude to the chefs if we asked for a sauce that didn’t come on the plate. Overall I liked this place!

What a refreshing and great addition to downtown Saginaw! Grab a bottle of wine and check this place out for yourself. We went on a Friday night, I called for reservations. Although they were not needed on this particular night, I’d call just in case as there are only like 10 tables. The menu changes often, so everything is fresh and in season. I particular our table had a variety of dishes. I ordered the steak which came with brussel sprouts and potato croquettes. The steak was cooked as I ordered and had a shallot jam on top, yum! Sprouts were delicious and the croquettes were ok — the herb flavor was off. My husband ordered the curry halibut which came with broccolini and cous cous. He thought it was delicious. For dessert we ordered a donut. I think this is the one staple on the menu. Wow, I don’t order dessert often — but I could’ve ate a dozen of the donuts! Hot, glazed and fried to perfection. Service was friendly and laid back. With it being a small place no issues with frequency of checking in. You can BYOB which is a nice option. I hope everyone visits Bradley’s and it expands even more!

When I travel home to Saginaw, i usually want to find the things i cant have downstate(steak sandwiches and cheap drinks). Bradleys is now added to that list. I had a phenomenal halibut meal. Quinoa and curry favors going on. Probably the best saginaw meal I’ve ever had. I hope they finagle a liquor license because i hate to see them miss out on the beer/wine revenue. Support this great business, Saginaw.

Some of the best food and service in the area. The menu constantly changes, so you’ll just have to stop in and see for yourself!

Had dinner NYE at Bradleys and it was so good. I had the Braised Short Rib Braised in red wine with root vegetables and herbs. Presented with smashed redskin potatoes, vegetables and jus lié(their menu description). It’s definitely a great restaurant whose food is always spot on. Highly recommend trying it if you have not yet.

Dined at Bradley’s on New Years and had a wonderful experience. I had the filet Oscar and my wife had pork, both of which were delicious. Excellent service, great menu, can’t wait to get back and try more dishes.

This was the site of our work Christmas party. Excellent food and service. All farm fresh food. We had steak with onions, Brussel sprouts and extra yummy potatoes. The my don’t have a liquor license. Our part was able to bring their own. Really nice owner, chef and wait staff. Look forward to going back.

FYI: This restaurant is BYOB! The Bancroft gives you 15% off your booze purchase if you say you’re dining at Bradley’s. The atmosphere and service was very good! Beef medallions were delicious.

The very definition of over-rated! Have been here a few times and never knocked my socks off. First mistake was ordering pad thai at a place when it’s not a Thai restaurant. Adding lime and basil to a noodle dish drenched in soy sauce doesn’t make it Thai. Truffle oil fries. Why would you give me a 1lb plate of fries as an appetizer? These things had so much salt on them. Dipping them in the aioli made them palatable, but I could eat a napkin if I covered it in aioli. Carrot ginger soup? Slightly-carrot flavored water. Coconut-quinoa salad? I’m sure quinoa drew people in, but this just didn’t taste like anything at all. The falafels weren’t a bad appetizer but they didn’t really have any spice or crispness or crunchiness to the outside. Chicken sandwich… was a chicken sandwich. Not terrible but I could get this at Wally’s or Applebee’s for a few bucks less. The homemade mac and cheese was a little floury, I’m hoping an assistant or apprentice made the sauce, that’s amateur stuff to get right. The servers are great but the cooks really need to start tasting the food before they send it out. Prices really aren’t bad either. Nice setting and a unique place to go, but they need to step the food up few notches.

I have been there twice. First time was total disappointment. 2nd time was to try for redemption but the experience was not much better. The food was just ok. I personally found it to be extremely salty(and I love salt). But ok food can often be elevated by great atmosphere. Great, it was not. Both times it was very busy which is great for the owners but as a customer, trying to have a meal and share conversation with your dinner companion while elbow to elbow with diners on each side of you, crammed on the bench behind a table that is pushed in so close you have to be a hula expert to maneuver behind it and literally have to lean over the table toward eachother and SHOUT to hear one another over the cacophony of the other customers was enjoyable in no way whatsoever. Just walking into the place is jarring because of how incredibly LOUD it is in there. They need to either take out a few tables so people have more space or they need to expand into a larger location. Hanging some kind of drapes or something to reduce noise also seems like a good move. I think it is maybe a good take out option for people who work downtown and have limited food choices for lunch. But I dont work downtown and there are plenty of other great restaurants in the city near my house that I would go to over this one. As it stands now I probably wont be back unfortunately.

The owners are delightful to speak with. When is the last time the chef came out with your meal to speak with you? That’s right, just in the movies and at Bradley’s Bistro. The food was great as was the special doughnut at the end. Save room! The service is unlike anything else in Michigan. Give Bradley’s a shot.

What a WONDERFUL, Delicious, and Unexpected dining experience! My boyfriend and I drove from Flint to try this place for the first time, and everything about it was amazing! The décor is simple but unique and lovely, and the food was so delicious! Very fresh and refreshing and vibrant flavors. We shared the Sweet Corn Poblano Hummus, we had the Chicken Tagine and«vegetable pasta» dish, can’t recall the exact name. Our server, McKayla was attentive and personable, and the entire staff was professional and courteous. Definitely recommend this restaurant! :D

We enjoyed everything — from the pork loin with caramelized onions and apple to the salmon over beets and fingerling potatoes. The salad greens and goat cheese were so fresh and delicious. Our kids were thrilled as well putting away an a la carte salmon fillet and«the best mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted.» The chef beamed with pride as he saw our hungry, road-weary children devouring and loving each bite. Service was lovely as well. You can’t go wrong here.

An absolutely fantastic restaurant. You can truly tell how much the chef and owners care about the food and the restaurant. I had the pork loin which was fantastic. I would not normally order it, but the server recommended it. It was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. What I was surprisingly most wowed by was the small salad that came with the entrée. It was a simple mixed green salad with blue cheese, roasted beets, and fried shallots. This is where the intention of the restaurant shined. You could easily buy cheap blue cheese and do other things to make the salad cheap, but they didn’t. So, if they could be so proud of their salad, you can imagine how great the rest of their food is. The service was great and I love paying with Square. I am sad that I am from out of town, but I will be back regularly!

EXCELLENT!!! The food is farm fresh to the table! The potato leak soup is amazing! Mushroom strudel appetizer is phenomenal! The Mahi Mahi is outstanding and the fresh veggie sides top off the dish with the perfect touch! Every bite of food bursts with flavour in your mouth! They even serve Faygo soda in the bottle! Top service, top foods from local farms! Now this is PUREMICHIGAN! The décor is fresh & very well put together. The flooring is even Michigan Birch wood. I cant say enough great things! Definitely my new go to place! Vegetarian options galore and noted on the menu as well as gluten free options!

My husband and I are always looking for new and exciting places in the area to eat. We heard about Bradley ’ s Bistro and decided to give it a try, on opening day no less. Our server, Josh, was very friendly, and willing to answer all of our questions. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The place is really cute, could use some more art on the walls, but we didn’t go to a gallery. I sat on a church pew, with a nice view of an exposed brick wall. My husband had a plain wall to look at. All that said, what we were interested in is the food, and it didn’t disappoint. We decided we were going to share everything so we could try as many things as possible. We started with the potato leek soup. It was delicious. Perfect for a day that started out a bit chilly. Next we got the poutin, and the mushroom strudel. They were both great! We moved on to the short rib and steak sandwiches. The flavors were perfect. Just when we thought we couldn’t eat any more we went for a doughnut. It came with cranberry chutney. What a way to end a meal! We will definitely add this to our list of places we «must dine at» for Saginaw. –It wasn’t on the way to where we needed to go but was definitely worth the trip. I can’t wait to try their dinner menu. Lunch is rarely this good!
