I had to get my wedding band reset because the diamonds were falling out. It came back and looked like a completely new ring. Gorgeous job, reasonable price and increased the value upon getting it appraised. Excellent customer service!

My husband bought me a new engagement ring for our 38^th Anniversary. I had a large solitaire in my original ring but needed a newer more modern setting. We had made other purchases at Collections and were always happy with their work. This time they had an amazing selection of beautiful settings for my solitaire. My ring is absolutely dazzling and prettier than any I saw at other jewelry stores. I believe in comparison shopping but always come back to Collections. Everywhere I go people notice my new ring. I love it so much I haven’t taken it off my finger yet! It took almost a month to get a larger ring made to accommodate my solitare but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Collections.

Don’t let the fact that this place is in little ol’ Saginaw, TX make you wonder about the selection or quality. This place is truly awesome. I’ve had watch batteries replaced here several times and they’re fast, do great work and are very affordable. They have an awesome selection of gorgeous and unique jewelry. There are so many piece I would love to have from here. They also carry high end watches like Tissot and Tag.
We bought my fiancées wedding ring here and they had the exact Tungsten ring he wanted — and in a size 13. Most places don’t keep large sizes like that in stock, so that was an awesome find. We had been to at least 7 jewelry stores that day looking and everyone told us we would have to order it. Went to Collections and not only did they have his big size but they had the exact design he wanted.
They’re locally owned and you definitely get that feel when you go in– everyone is so very helpful. They have two adorable dogs running around behind the counter. They offer you drinks while you wait and they have a candy dish with chocolate candy bars –the good stuff too:) The customer service is just excellent.
I will definitely continue to shop here and I highly recommend it :)

I stopped in to have a watch, that I didn’t buy at Collections, resized. I was surprised at how busy they were. I was impressed that on a Thursday afternoon, they had enough staff, to help customers quickly. I only waited a few minutes to be helped. $ 6 and 10 minutes later, I was out the door. I have driven by this store countless times and I regret not stopping in sooner. I look forward to shopping here in the future!

I LOVE this place. they have made custom things for me and we always buy our jewelry here. I have some VERY pretty pieces. Always VERY helpful and HONEST !!!

The employees were very knowledgeable and polite. Some reviews from a year or so ago say they were not quick to respond. I did not experience that at all — maybe they have made adjustments based on customers’ reviews/​suggestions.
They know their stuff and have experts running the counters and giving professional advice.
They helped me fix a huge problem with an online vendor and literally helped me create a ring worth literally 10x’s more within $ 200 of the original ring. And I mean «literally», it is actually worth 10x’s more. Very amazing! I am super glad I went here, and I think, just some other reviews, I have made friends that I will trust in the future.

I went to visit a friend in Saginaw and while I was there decided to take my ring here to get a crack soldered and to replate it. It’s located in a strip mall on Main Street, behind the Pizza Hut.
To reinforce what the other reviewers stated: Yeah, initially you will get ignored. I went up to the door and was buzzed in only to have no one acknowledge me for a good 5– 10 minutes (when I checked in is when the timer started). No «We’ll be right with you» or eye contact, nothing. There were about three employees helping three customers, so it was only marginally busy. They kept walking right past me like I was invisible. Acknowledgment is not too much to ask for when I entrust someone with my jewelry, but I digress.
I was starting to get pretty irritated to the point of leaving when I finally got service. The person who helped me was really polite and friendly and *almost* made up for the initial poor service. What’s more, they were able to perform the services I requested the same day! Four hours later, I was able to pick up my beautiful, shining ring, patched up like new. It cost $ 54.
Had someone just acknowledged my presence or indicated that I was going to eventually get service, I would give them five stars. But alas, that did not happen and since other reviewers have complained about the same, I will give them three for the prompt labor.

My first visit to Collections Fine Jewelry was on a recommendation from a friend. Based on this recommendation I made the 50 some mile drive to an unassuming store located across from the grain elevators in Saginaw. My first impression was positive — a friendly staff, a good selection, and low overhead… meaning that savings were being passed along to me.
But I had to believe it for myself. Over the next six months I shopped probably 30 different jewelry stores, but found myself always going back to Collections Fine Jewelry.
In my first experience I was a needy customer as I worked to learn all the details of diamonds. In spite of my inquiring mind, the sales team at Collections was patient and allowed me to explore a variety of options that fit my taste and budget.
When I left CFJ with my first ring I left with the feeling that not only did I get a great piece of jewelry, but I gained some trusted friends.
Now 11 years later I’m still coming back, sometimes making several trips for the same custom piece, sometimes just once for that quick special gift. And every time I come back, I’m happy to see friends I know I can rely on and trust.

I recently went to Collections to have a ring I bought from Zale’s resized. When I pulled up I was a little skeptical but the inside of the store was quite nice and very professional looking. I received immediate help and the woman who helped me was great. She gave me advice on what size and answered my questions. When I came back a week later to pick up the ring; I received the same nice service. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience with Collections.

This is one of the best jewelry stores around. The buzzer is very understandable, being that it is a jewelry store and it is for security reasons.
They have a great selection, excellent staff and even better prices.

This is a nice typical jewelry story. While I understand the reason behind the doorbell, I don’t much care for it when no one bothers to actually let you in, expecially in Texas heat!

I hope no one reads this. This may be a well kept secret on Unilocal,but go here close to any holiday and prepare to wait. It is located in a non-​descript strip mall on Main Street in Saginaw.
Typically, you have to ring the buzzer to get in, then quickly conduct a visual assessment to determine your place in line. The entire staff has proven knowedgable and friendly. They do great custom pieces, and sell loose stones, mounts, and watches at reasonable prices. My favorite salesperson is Terry and her day off is Tuesday.
