love this place. Great, unique items, helpful staff. New knitting store also has wonderful items, lots of room to spread them out, many ideas. Good sales. Staff was so helpful. Will be back!

Used to visit this boutique/​knitting studio often and spent my share of money at both. Quit going due to the pushiness of the staff– and the crummy policy of no returns. If I am spending more money at a small boutique, I expect better service. When you are putting together an outfit, I don’t see why you cannot return something if it doesn’t work.
The signs in the knitting studio– «You are on camera», «if you don’t buy the yarn here, you cannot stick around for help and knitting at the table», are just plain rude. Rebecca, the owner, is hard nosed. I am sure owning a small business isn’t easy, but now because of my experiences, I drive to Rapunzels in Frankenmuth (they sell the same Comfy and other lines there) or Midland and get the same thing but with better service.
I hate that I leave town to spend my money but I refuse to drop that kind of money and be treated badly. I will reserve my comments about her daughter, who may be under pressure from her mother. I have had questions about things previously and no one but Rebecca makes decisions. So if she is not there, they have to call her. Ho Hum, this is sad.
