My family has utilized the Redmond family services as long as I can remember, and Jim Redmond’s is the best we’ve experienced thus far. Our mechanic was knowledgeable, patient, wasn’t pushy, and could explain things in terms we could understand (which is rare enough to be impressive). It was obvious he was interested only in making our experience as affordable and convenient as possible.
