I called to see if they had an appointment opening or nails last minute. I had Shellac OPI nails I needed to take off and redo. They managed to take me the same day. Leslie P. did my nails — awesome glitter fade with shellac. She was quick, very pleasant, and professional! Will definitely go back

I get my hair done by Sara Barckholtz at Salon Decadence. She is young, fun & understands the current styles. I wanted the Ombré’ color, and actually went to another salon to get it done. They screwed it up because they didn’t know what they were doing, and Sarah fixed it. She is great with color and always does an amazing job. Their prices are fair. Everyone there is friendly… not quite sure how«M.P.» got the feeling that everyone is a robot… I actually think it’s funny, because my experience has been the complete opposite!

For Massage: Clean, dimly lit, modern but cozy massage room. The location is a bit odd in its old school, aqua-awning plaza space next to Olive Garden. The massage room although tucked in a weird side room right next to the hair stylists booths is calming with the door shut. The massage was decent although there wasn’t much to be said or counseled on by the guy. He just did his job and went his way and so did I. I’m not particularly attached to the experience as my interaction with the masseuse? was detached at best but I’d give it another go cuz the price is right. For Hair services: Again I am not feeling the personnel. They’re detached at best to your experience there in their shopping center located salon. The trimmings make you feel like you aren’t in a plaza but then you remember again as soon as you look outside. My cosmetologist listened to what I had to say about coloring my hair and then proceeded to mix something up for which I didn’t have further say on. Generally my previous color experiences there is a moment where they confirm that’s what you really want before they proceed because generally you don’t know until you see it. This lady just continued her mixing and slathered on the stuff. I wasn’t sure what she was using but she left it on an awfully long 20 minutes and then washed it out with some shampoo that smelled good although she again didn’t inform me what she was putting in my hair. No personality then proceeded to blow dry my hair. Probably the easiest appointment she’s had this week and she still charged me $ 60 for the color. I tipped her and said good riddance in my head. Bottom line: If you want a robot to do your hair or massage come here.
