Just bought a new house and paid Stanley Steemer of Saginaw big bucks to clean out vents. They sent over a couple of young guys who must have been on a deadline because they pretty much wrecked all of our wall vents by tearing the screws right out of the plaster. The plaster is now broken and we have to find a way to fix it. The response from Stanley Steemer after our complaint «That’s what happens sometimes, have a nice day.»
They just lost all my future business and anyone else I can steer away from them.
