Started my morning off with locking myself out of the house– called Tri-​City Lock Service who very rudely agreed to come. Fortunately, my friend somehow got the door open… We called to cancel and the guy proceeded to ridicule us, showed up at my house and handed me a $ 50 bill for «the mileage»… Tri-​City Lock Service is 1.1 miles away. Horrible customer service is an understatement.
