Comprehensive Medical Care

I have no complaint with the Doctors at Comprehensive. They are skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. They spent a normal amount of time with the patient but not more that just what is needed.
The office staff has earn a 1 star rating as they are awful. While they are personable they just do not perform. Repeatedly they fail to get prescriptions called in, send medical records or information to other specialist or transmit messages to the Doctors. They act totally oblivious to their errors and do not make attempts to improve. Don’t expect any apology from them for a failures. They were not at all helpful in working with my insurance company to answer questions about billings. They will always tell you, I’ll do that right now”, but it never happens. I’ve called 2 and 3 times and they give me the same answer and still do follow through.
Be very careful in choosing this provider. Good Doctors, bad staff!
