no matter what the order, they never get it right, worth you to drive 10 minutes south and go to the other one at continental.

I worked two times in my youth at McDonalds and am quite aware of the corporate and franchise requirements. This particular McDonalds needs to have the manager relieved, fired and the restaurant shut down until it can be revised, retrained and corrected. It is the single worst McDonalds I’ve visited in the world, much less Tucson. Allow me to explain.1) Food quality; below substandard. The fries are always over salted, ALWAYS! This is not the way Ray Croc envisioned his stores. The food preparation is always sloppy if not incorrect per ordering specifically. 2) Drive through experience is abhorrent. The displeasing attitude rudeness, unprofessional tones and lack of courtesies are the worst. The manager should be fired for this single failure. Customer courtesy is A MUST and this facility fails immeasurably. 3) Orders are consistently incorrect. It doesn’t matter what time of day you order, the food is consistently never quality checked and you must always open the bag to validate your order. This is a fundamental FAILURE! Teenagers at a burger joint should in the least be able to put the RIGHT items into a bag for goodness sake! This store’s manager is a poor excuse of leadership and should be relieved of her position. This store needs a fundamental enema.

Without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s on the planet. I’ve tried and tried and tried. I’ve supported the localness of this Mc D’s as I know it provides several jobs in the area. I’ve even sworn it off that I would never ever ever go again, then forgotten and because I have an 8 year old… found myself in the drive through a tonight, but this is the very last time for this location. EVER. Sausage McMuffin? Ice cold. Nuggets? Barely cooked. French fries and hash brown? Absolutely still frozen. Cheese sticks? So hard, it was like the plastic was still on the cheese stick. milk? Expires today, so I can let that one go, I guess. I’m giving it one star because today’s experience was quicker than the last time in line which had my car trapped in the drive through for 48 minutes, no exaggeration and then delivered the wrong food and because the soda is absolutely perfect. McDonald’s must have some patent on getting the ratios right on their sodas, because they are consistently awesome, no matter where you go.

Can’t give less than one star… Dirtiest and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Floors were disgusting, all trash cans were overflowing and the play area was so filthy not even my toddler wanted to play in there!

This mcdonalds is always slow. Whether there’s people in line or not. Especially the drive thru. When we get the food, it’s usually cold, like it has been sitting for a while.

Wait time is always horrible waited one time for 40 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Today waited almost 15 minutes with 2 cars in front.

Is every McDonald’s this bad? Always screw up order, Get it together! Might be some sort of conspiracy to save money by not giving slice of cheese or messing up order.

I work until midnight by the time I get to sahuarita McDonald’s I take 10 mins out of my drive only to hear that the machine is down, they are only taking cash. I mean I hear this every time I go. Would be nice if they post on their 24 hr sign that for some reason they only take cash after midnight seems a little strange too me. I’m thinking the crew doesn’t want to work @ 2 or 3 in the morning and make up the story of machine being down cash only rule. It’s every time I got late at night how can the machine always be down?

The food is meh, but the coffee isn’t bad. I only eat here out of convenience. They are always busy, but the drive thru is pretty fast. They are also open 24 hours.

This particular McDonald’s is very close to home. Very convenient when I am busy and need to grab a bite to eat or to grab a little snack to hold us over. This location is open 24 hours, so that’s a plus if you are in the mood for a midnight snack or coming home from a night out! This includes the dining room too! For the most part, the restaurant is very clean, but at times when it’s very busy, I’ve been there when the trash bins are at its capacity and the dining area is packed. Again, just depends when you get there. It’s like anywhere you want to go, if you don’t like to wait too long, AVOID going after a game, or during lunch or dinner or after practice! Drive-thru gets backed up too!(Even with two lanes). When in the drive thru, make sure to check your order before pulling away, cause I’ve been caught without something once in a while, but it’s few and far between… We’re all human. =) This McDonald’s also has a Play Place and offer kid parties if you are interested. Free WiFi on the premises too. The staff here have always been nice and courteous. Always busy, but willing to help. All in all, it’s McDonald’s, I’m most likely going to be coming back for years to come!

We have been patronizing this McDonald’s since opening day. More often than not, the food is as good as McDonald’s gets, the staff is normally extremely friendly and helpful. We have observed that the management team works hard to take care of any problems that may arise(such as incorrect orders, wrong register totals etc.). The Play-Place is kept clean for the children. We have no complaints.

I usually like to begin a review with something complimentary. However, this restaurant possesses absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I could list a variable potpourri of inconsistencies set forth by this particular establishment. I will instead place the brunt of the fault where it lay… with manager Gaylei C. Gaylei is completely devoid of any leadership qualities. When approached by an unsatisfied customer she responds not with concern and an eagerness to make right a mistake, but with snide comments and a glare of utter contempt. This manager seems more suited for turning a screw at a women’s correctional facility than she does working in «service» position at a prominent fast food chain. Avoid this location if at all possible.

This Location Really is Über Baddd !!! Its totallly Unorganized and the Service to their customers is non existant. The one rhing that they have going in their direction is that they are consistantly in the same mess. Wait times for regular menu items are Loooooooong !! 20 minutes for a #2 is not worth the wait. Sorry Ronald, can’t come back !!

Take it in context, giving Micky D’s(or any fast food chain) 4 stars. This is one of only a handful on fast food places in Sahuarita/Green Valley area and the ONLY one with a playplace. This is the desert people! Parks are too hot to visit for several months of the year. The town has about 20k population, tons of young families, and it is along I19 where shoppers from Sonora are driving past it all weekend long and no one else thought to put in a indoor playground? This restaurant was built new in 2009(?) and it is still clean and maintained well. The main dining room is nicer than the older McD’s and the playland area has lots of seating, including several wheelchair/highchair accessible tables. The playplace also has a little area for toddlers with cushy climbing toys and a tree slide made of foam. The staff is generally nice and efficient although there have been a couple of visits that they seemed understaffed. They never seem to mind looking for the exact happy meal toy that my 5 yr old has to have. Food is typical McD’s. I have to admit that if a Carl’s or BK opened up with a playground inside I’d probably be hitting those up instead. But I will forever be grateful to the McD’s for keeping my children entertained on many hot summer days in the A/C.
