A coworker went to Starbucks to order a «coffee traveler» carton for a boardroom meeting. In typical snooty fashion, they scoffed at the request and told her she needed to pre-​order this carton a day in advance. After seeing her desperation, they offered to do her a favor and only make her wait an hour before filling her order. She left.
I went to Dunkin’ Donuts, who filled my equivalent order for their Box O’ Joe in five minutes. Couple that with the ability to buy bagels and donuts in bulk at the same time, and Dunkin’ trumps Starbucks heartily.
If I want to discuss race relations, I’ll go to Starbucks. For coffee and breakfast, Dunkin’ gets my business.

The thing says they close at 9pm and they really close at 8pm. This was very deceiving.

These guys are exceedingly slow and brusque and rude! Do not recommend this location! The line isnt long but the wait times are horrendous. It should not take 20 minutes to get a simple latte. I ordered amd finished my shopping in Frys and when I came back, I *still* had to wait 5 minutes.

Services are prompt. Like any other Starbucks. Their selections are limited tho since is not a store by itself.
They have the cups and coffee stands for sale. A little sitting area as well.

Very poor service. Had to cancel my order and get a refund as first barista did not alert second barista of my order. Waited 15 minutes! Second barista was very rude and had a disrespectful attitude. First barista Alec could not give me management info. I will find on my own and follow up. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

My lattes always taste perfectly delicious here. I’ve been visiting this Starbucks since 2010. The girls are nice the drinks are always prepared just right.

Well this is the only Starbucks so far where I receive my Ice Coffee with cream unstirred or shaken… boo! I truly pay a lot for an ice coffee that i have to stir — might as well make at home:(The baristas not too friendly and not too helpful either. Still a Starbucks and the coffee is delish. Just not my favorite location.

This is inside Fry’s foods. One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The coffee is often scorched and the wait is long. Not at all consistent with the Starbucks brand. The Baristas often speak Spanish to each other and laugh and laugh at whatever they’re talking about. Not what I expect from Starbucks.
