The original owners Charles and Cathy Simon were wonderful! Now there is a new owner who tried to act like he was Mr. Charles Simon and stated that he received our order and that it would be ready… Needless to say, when the date of our event rolled around, he had nothing! He just talked long and fast. His name is Paul and he is a SHYSTER! Beware.
Now we are left running around trying to find an award store to accommodate us at the last minute. He had the nerve to say, he «wasn’t going to get high blood pressure over this». When he was the one to perpetrate a fraud!
