Chinese food is great I always order the chicken extra crispy and it’s perfect! I love the green plantain and fried rice they are always friendly and clean

This restaurant would have received at least 3 stars from me (seeing as how they are an average Chinese cuisine restaurant) however they are seriously lacking in customer service! I placed an order to be delivered (order was over the minimum required) and they refused to deliver it because the woman answering the phone felt my order was not enough money to be delivered and proceeded to scream at me when I told her that I’ve had food of the same value delivered to me before. I work in what is considered part of the service industry (cosmetologist) and I have learned one thing CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!! Bad customer service creates bad word of mouth reviews which causes businesses to suffer in the long run. Today that woman’s response to me has caused me to never again order from this restaurant!!!
