Will never use their service again, Ms. Manning was the worst. My niece was having ashes transferred into a locket. The locket was brand new and this place destroyed it. Then she had the nerve to say it’s my niece’s word against theirs and Ms. Manning proceeded to hang up the phone. Very rude and very disrespectful. I would think twice about them. It’s sad when you put you love ones remains in the hands of very bad management!

Worst place to ever hold a beloved ones service. Within two months we had two services here for ones who meant the world to us. Took numerous calls to know when my grandmothers ashes were ready. On top of that weeks before they were transferred into the urn purchased from them. That’s not all when we went to collect the urn from the establishment they wanted to charge 40 dollars for the transfer. I understand a place of business is a place of business but come on. Had my uncles service here as well. What was Paid for was for the family of our beloveds to A company the hearse to the crematory. At the end of his service we come to find out that it was never booked. Fine they scrabbled together to get it done. But this isn’t a misplaced dinner reservation. This was the last Farewell. You can’t make that up… I would never recommend this establishment. And will never forget the way we were treated. Thank you for the great memory’s !

My Grandfather was viewed here in 2000. They treated us with the dignity and respect a family deserves. Highly recommend it for funeral arrangements.

All good things must end. When the time comes this is the place for the final arrangements of your loved ones. It is a family run establishment with longstanding ties to the St Albans community. Arrangements for my uncle were made with dignity and care. We weren’t rushed and all possible price reductions were considered. My personal concern with inavailability of a prayer-kneeler bench for placement in front of the casket. Aside from that missing item, planning for my uncle’s departure went relatively smoothly.
