I have been in twice in the last week for two different things and both times Kelly acted like it was a bother for me to even walk through the door, let alone to have to help me. I have been to multiple office throughout Florida and this has to be the worst one. I ended up buying my disney pass at the Winter Park location which was very nice and friendly and will now probably go back there for maps and tourbooks instead of ever dealing with this woman again.

I just endured a very stressful home purchase in the St. Augustine area and want to commend the excellent services of Dawn Quackenbush, an insurance agent of the AAA Auto Club of St. Augustine.
