What a joke they offer coupons online that explicitly say their for this location and can be presented at the counter yet they refuse to accept them, old machines, pathetic sad atmosphere so I was skeptical after I walked in but this was a classic Bait n Switch.

Do not waste your time. Only one of the first fives jones worked. Keeps the token and no play. You spend all your time getting tokens back. Should of read the reviews before my grandsons party. Stay away from this place. Nothing but a waste of money.

Bad all the way around. I normally don’t expect much, as long as the kids were happy than I am happy and my kids are every good kids by all mean even they get frustrated. Over half the arcade game was broken and if you try to get an issue resolved with the tickets or game I waited over an hour to get their attention. They were rude when they finally came to help. Will NEVER COME BACK AND DON’T waste your money here go somewhere else.

Robert is awesome!!! Not the most games but it was still just enough. I would make sure Robert is working before you go though because he truly makes the experience a million times better. (Side note, the chick manager with the hair the 80s has been trying to get back for 30 years is pretty much useless!!) Robert is a manager and it shows! She… Not so much.

The service level provided by this establishment is a joke. The power is off on half of the machines, apparently the «party coordinators» are only able to gossip behind the counter about their party, or assist their party. They will blatantly ignore someone waiting at the counter with cash in hand. I know because I just finished waiting about 10 minutes, when the individual apparently capable of running a register showed up and assisted the woman behind me at the counter. I am a 6’2″ tall 220lb dark haired male. I don’t blend in! My kid was previously ignored for nearly 10 minutes attempting to buy tokens. Which he had to do at the counter due to the automatic dispenser being broken. Additionally the credit card machines are apparently down, since staff was fumbling trying to figure out how to use a manual credit machine (carbon copy slide to imprint device). It was actually hilarious, but pathetic. The ticket counting machine is broken, and one of the kiddie go carts had no brake. This place should likely be closed down!

The worst arcade experience ever. It was like we were sent there specifically to find every broken machine possible. Tickets wouldn’t dispense, games did not function properly if at all. The batting cages spit the balls out (in the slow baseball) about 3 feet higher then your average adult, and it was suppose to be for my kid. Save your money.

this facility is advertised as having over 80 arcade games. they may have 80, but 30 to 40 percent of them are not working. in addition to having broken and faulty games, the facility only had 2 ticket redemption centers… one of which was located right at the prize counter and it continually miscounted tickets, sometimes not even counting any strip of tickets at all. the staff kept brushing it off and saying they would reset the machine. they finally realized that it wasnt going to count properly and gave us a voucher for tickets, which was nice… meanwhile, we had to wait in a second line at the ticket eater machine. while waiting in that line, we saw even more people waiting at the counter, feeding their tickets into a flawed machine. i definitely wouldn’t go back here. the redemption prizes are okay for this place but the facility itself has too many broken machines.

The miniature golf was not exciting, in fact it was pretty lame. The go carts for all ages, the batting cages, and the extensive video arcade more than made up for the golf. Definitely a good place to take the kids.

Great place for a teen/​preteen date, clean, safe little environment, great for birthday parties, decent prices, several locations to choose from (beach location has a water park), haven’t tried the food yet, but the soda stayed nice and strong for a good 45 minutes… Now that’s a plus! (–_​-​)
