There was one exceptional thing about this Inn and it was the view from our room. It was absolutely breathtaking and fun to watch the boaters in the area. The room itself was, for lack of a better word, creepy. There was a musty smell when we first walked in and turned the air on to try and combat the smell as well as the clammy feeling you get when there is too much humidity. It barely worked. The bed is completely past it’s prime and I’m pretty sure if you look at it the wrong way it would make that horrible groaning noise that kept me awake for most of the night. We didn’t bother trying the hot tub, but after reading the Guest Book left in the room, I’m rather glad we didn’t. People left notes that I think were meant for their personal diaries/Facebook statuses and not for a Guest Book.(I’m looking at you Kim A… no one needs to know you haven’t seen your man in 2 months and had sex all over the room.) The shower itself was awkward, as there was no way to regulate the temperature without physically getting inside and freezing to death/willing to get 3rd degree burns. Oh, and the breakfast? Because, you know, they’re a Bed & Breakfast? A box of pastries«for two». There were three pastries in the box. You do the math. After all that, I don’t think we’ll be back, but you can’t beat the view of Room 24.

Small, simple nice hotel with a great view at the harbor! Loved to be here. Rooms are big. We asked for room 23. Nearby St Augustine old town! When you sleep here have dinner at King Fish Grill(1 min walk) and breakfast at Fish Tales around the corner.

I had already booked 2 rooms at this Inn before reading the 3 Unilocal reviews listed. I’ll admit I was a little nervous that the place would be run down and dirty. Quite the opposite! We enjoyed the room(#12) quite well & will certainly make another trip back. If you enjoy boating or just spending time with a nice view of the water, I would recommend this place! The room was clean, had tons of room(plenty of room for company) and the bed was extremely comfortable unlike many hotels. The only complaint I had was the shower water pressure, but my dad had no complaints in the room next door(#10) and said his pressure was fine. If you stay here, you must walk over to the Kingfish Grill & enjoy lunch or dinner. Kingfish has been our go-to spot this summer & we’ve always enjoyed. They serve some of the best sushi in town!

Stayed here 3 days ago. not worth 100 dollar a night. the most is 30 a night. Rooms are owned by individuals not the inn. The room we got was not very clean and outdated. The only good thing was the breakfast next door at the small grill. Great southerncooking of biscuits and eggs..

If I could give this place three and a half stars, I would. There was nothing special about the Inn but nothing bad to say either. I had the jacuzzi suite and the room was dated and took a while to get used to the brick flooring but it was not a bad stay at all. The complimentary breakfast at the café next door is definitely the best part on this Inn. If you are looking for audible privacy, it may not be the best choice as you can hear hallway conversations and talking in the nearby rooms very clearly. Stay was relaxing and I would stay again. For St. Augustine, it is relatively expensive to stay compared to other vacation spots that you would pay the same price for, such as Orlando.
