Ocean House Condominium

I am reviewing the particular condo that we stayed in. Not the entire condo location. This place is managed, but has many different owners of each condo. My boyfriend’s mom gets a condo every summer for the family to split for a month. This is the second year at this place. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom, pretty large in size. No washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry on site. Both bedroom have sliding glass doors that open to the very large balcony. Nice feature, every unit has this. This particular unit needs new doors. They are very hard to open and close. The furnishings are the beachy type, which is cool… but they are very dated furnishings. There was a tv in the second bedroom last year, this year it was gone. That was a little disappointing. There is cable, but bring your own wifi box (if you want to get on the net). The kitchen has most of the things you will need to cook. If an old fashion coffe maker is what you are looking for, bring one! The one in the kitchen, doesn’t work!
Maybe a fresh coat of paint, some minor repairs, updated furniture and applicances and this place would be rockin!

Id love to give them a higher rating but ive seen way better for the money.
It is very quiet, ill give it that. And they dont bother you at all, never saw a manager, security, nosey neighbor, etc. not that we needed any. It just needs some major renovation. Very old and 80s. The pool is nice but if youre on an upper lever, you have to walk all the way down the hallway and down stairs to get outside. The could have put some stairs off of the balconies. The beach is nice and clean, not very crowded.
I think we’ll keep looking for next year.
