Absolute worst customer service. I dropped my package off on the weekend, a couple days later I noticed the tracking information never got updated. Turns out an employee stole my package. I spoke with the manager and their cameras just so happened to be «broken.» The manager even threatened to call the cops on me. I never accused anyone, I never raised my voice, never said a swear word. I contacted UPS corporate and filled a complaint, they never got back to me. $ 200 package, poof, gone!

It’s the holidays so lines at UPS and other shipping companies will be longer. This particular store has one person working until 9:30AM. The problem with that is there are 12 people waiting in line. My wait was 70 minutes.
