My review will echo several of the other reviewers’ sentiments. This company was selected by my insurance company (USAA) to do work for water damage due to a roof leak. The roof repair and internal mold abatement and repainting work was completed (though it required multiple follow ups) by a sub-​contractor. Unfortunately, the roof leaked again. After repeated follow ups from me over the course of at least 3 months, the roof was repaired again. And it leaked again. After being handed off from one project manager and adjustor to another, I am still waiting for them to develop a plan to repair this roof leak once an for all and re-​repair the interior water damage. I am going to inform my insurance company that this is not up to their standards!

How ironic that my complaints mimic those of all the others on this site. Unfortunately I did not check Unilocal until after it was too late. However, they were assigned to us by Farmer’s insurance. Apparently they do most of their work for insurance companies, which may in part, explain their ineptitude. Each and every email I sent had to be re emailed at least a half dozen times before I could get a response. It took them an unacceptable amount of time to complete our project and were always reluctant to take ownership of problems created by their contractors. Overall, I found them to be extremely incompetent, unprofessional and most of all, unresponsive. Never have I been so frustrated working with a «professional» company. Hopefully others will be smart enough to scratch BB from their list of contenders. Sure wish I had been!!!
