I have bought and sold many properties through the years and fancy myself a bit of a real estate expert. This summer, we had the challenge of selling my mom’s home (the family home). We ended up interviewing 6 of the top area producers. After careful consideration, we chose Chris Lobrillo as our listing agent. I am very impressed with Chris and how responsive he is to every text and email. They have a wonderful way of sharing feedback with clients snd the marketing photos and videos were beyond compare. My nephew said the video looked like something from HGTV.
With the multitude of realtors out there, it’s difficult to trust someone to be in your corner. Chris is that guy who is 100% committed to his client’s needs and goes above and beyond to do all he can to make the deal happen as quickly and as painlessly as possible. He is incredibly smart and savvy. I cannot recommend him highly enough! I am not a bit surprised that they are the #1 agency in our area.

My wife and I set an appointment with Marv Kombrink to see a rental property and were stood up. No phone call no I’m running late just flat out stood up. We came at 12 noon on our lunch hour so time is of the essence. Called office 6 times only to get voicemail. 7th call we reach receptionist and attempted to transfer to no avail. When my wife finally gets a call from Marv its now 12:30pm. «Sorry there’s a misunderstanding I didn’t know we had a meeting but that home is rented now anyway» How unprofessional can a company get! It doesn’t take much to treat people with dignity and respect. Too bad Remax

We had the pleasure of working with Miles Tischhauser at Kombrink Realty — he was easy to get a hold of when we had questions, was very patient with us when our lender caused a couple delays, and offered us great advice during the entire search, offer, inspection, and closing process — he’s young, he’s smart, and he’s willing to move on quickly when you decide that a certain house isn’t for you — he really wants you to find what YOU want, not what he wants — a great quality in a Realtor!
