DOTec didn’t complete the work they were hired to do. Over an eight month period DOTec’s punctuality was consistently marginal. For example, the owner initially quoted $ 50 to attend the Landmarks Board meeting. We wanted his expertise available for presentation. A few weeks later the fee was raised to $ 250. The night of the board meeting I received a call from the engineer. He informed me he was unable to attend. A refund was not offered. In all, DOTec charged approximately $ 2350. We never received blueprints as promised.
