I’ve been to a few gun shops around town and you never really know what to expect as far as customer service. I think where many people run into problems is they go into a place not knowing what they want or not having done their research. I entered Graf’s for the first time in Saturday knowing exactly what I was looking for and was quickly directed right to it. The man that helped me was genuine, efficient, and thorough. He took the time to research a certain ammunition I was going to purchase with the gun I was buying. Got a great price too! I don’t do any reloading myself but their selection of supplies is impressive. Back to my first comment. Gun stores are sales driven business. They don’t make money educating the completely inept. There are plenty of beginning shooters courses in the area that can teach a person the basics and offer a good exposure to different styles and calibers of guns. Too many of the negative comments I see seem to come from people who are expecting a awful lot. As a recent customer of other competitors in the area Graf’s has easily risen to the top of my list. Thanks guys!

If you are into reloading, this is the place to go. Selection beats the big chains, and customer service is very good. The price for loaded ammunition is a little high, but they specialize in reloading, what do you expect. :) Overall a great place. Stop on by and see for yourself.

An excellent small gun shop. The staff here are very user friendly and will not talk down to you if your just starting out. It has a great inventory of reloading supplies and reloaders for those who are into that. Also a good place to buy used firearms, but not a huge selection.
