I had Susie cut my hair and she did an amazing job! She listened to everything I had to say. prices are very fair and the staff couldn’t be nicer! I love how when you walk in and the décor is very trendy and romantic at the same time. They don’t push product on you, which can be very annoying.

Kelsey cut my hair today after a flight of fancy to want a new hair style for the new year! I love the layers she put in and she completely took the time to look at the pictures of the new cut i was interested in. I love the finished look and I will be going back. It was totally appropriately priced and the place itself was clean and fresh. Great experience!

Kelsey has colored and cut my hair at least 4 times this past year. They also offer facial (bow/lip) waxing service. Her service and personality make her a joy to visit with. The entire staff is very friendly and outgoing. The shop is very well decorated and very clean. I’ve never left disappointed in my cut/color/style. The prices here are much less than the shop I used to frequent. I am so happy I found this place!

The salon is clean and the staff seem friendly but the best thing about this place has to be Susie Hansel! I have gone to numerous salons in the St Charles area and Susie is by far the best!

The quality of the haircuts I have received are top notch. The hair stylists are friendly without being too in your face. Appointments are on time. So, why the 3 star rating? They NEVER answer the phones. Everytime I have been there it has taken 5 – 10 times of calling DURING BUSINESS HOURS to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I don’t feel that a high quality salon should let a phone ring incessantly, no voice mail, nothing. If they added a receptionist or even voicemail that was returned, my rating would go up to 5 Star.
