I called Lance at Maxwell to repair my husband’s Ariens ride-​on mower. He was able to pick it up, repair it and return it the day after I called. Pick up and drop off was $ 60 round trip. The total repair cost me $ 148 (including p/​u and return) which felt reasonable. Lance was polite and courteous. He took the time to explain what had been repaired. He also provided an email receipt for the pick up. I was really happy with his service!
