We used Dan with MediaTech to install all of our AV system and we were beyond happy with him, the product he provided, and every employee that came to help as well. They were so calm and reassuring that anything we needed fixed or completed could be done. And everything they set up was amazing. The customer service was extremely excellent as well. If we ran into an issue, Dan was readily available to help us and even came over on a Sunday morning to get things fixed after a power outage. We will continue to use MediaTech for any AV issue or upgrade and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am so hugely impressed with MediaTech! The level of customer service is remarkable and they stand by their products. Paul is professional and caring and is dedicated to his clients. Tony did the work and was knowledgable. He worked quickly and explained the system in an easy to understand manner. And lastly, I have called and spoken to Julie several times. She has dropped what she was doing to walk me thru a procedure… TWICE. (Yes, some clients are denser than others!!!) and was friendly thru out the entire step by step. I am very impressed with this company and look forward to future dealings!
