Nails Service

I walked in for a pedicure and there was no wait so that was good. I sit down and one of the workers came to do my toes. He was very strange and kept giving me weird looks. Then as I’m getting a pedicure I keep hearing this cricket. I onto went here and not my normal place because it was on the way home. I regret this decision. There is a man sitting eating food and it does not seem very clean. Won’t be returning.

Disgusting. Dirty. Yuk! The place was empty for a reason. Manicure lasted a day. Lady was nice but there was a creepy guy walking around inside. Place smelled like cigarettes. Never again!

There are too many nail shops in the area to give mediocre service. One gentleman started my pedicure and removed my polish. A gal then trimmed my nails. Then a different man cleaned up & polished. It wasn’t busy and there was no explanation. Plus, my daughter was with me. They said there was no wait, but she was finished and I was still soaking. Does this really constitute mother daughter pedicures?
I will not be back.

I really enjoyed talking to the nail tech at this location and was glad that they offered to fix my nieces nail with no delay, but they have false advertising for their prices. I called her out on this price issue and she lowered the price, but it still did not match their advertised price. Disappointed in their deception and I will not be back.

Crooked, Rushed, and Sloppy!
My first choice this morning was Deluxe Nails, but when there doors were still locked at 10:05 and I had a schedule to keep! So I drove down to the salon I remember seeing by the Chipotle in town.
I Should’ve just waited, or tried again another day.
I walked in Nails Service and was taken care of right away since they had just opened and I was the only customer there. I wanted to get a set of acrylics (rounded not squared) and gel polish. I asked for their gel swatches and what she gave me was raggedy old painted nail extensions GLUED TO AN EMERY BOARD. I should’ve left then because professional swatches are not that expensive and this raised a red flag but I thought I’d try ‘em out anyway.
When the nail tech. was putting on the acrylic set she seemed VERY rushed, and did not ask me ONCE if the LENGTH OR SHAPE was ok. The result was me leaving with crooked nails!!!
When it was time for my gel polish, another customer came in (w/​o an appointment, but seemed like a regular). This made the Tech. rush even more! With gel polish you have to be careful not to goop a lot on the sides of the nail because it sticks to the skin, and becomes a big clump in the crease of your nail bed. This nail Tech. did not care!!!
I still tipped her about 20% because I’m a server, so I don’t believe in bad tips, but it was certainly not worth the price of $ 45 before the tip to begin with!!!
I’m so mad, I want to get the shape fixed at another salon, but then I’ll have to pay for a whole other gel manicure. And I know other Techs get annoyed fixing mistakes they didn’t make. But I do not trust this place to even fix these mistakes!
Never have I been so disappointed with a nail salon.

People were very friendly and the leg massage was fabulous so if my toes looked «ok» I would not even be writing this but my toes look just stupid. Big you’re was cut so very short and she rounded it but left the others toes straight. I feel like I need to wear shocks until it grows out, what a waste of money. She never even asked how short I wanted them or if I even wanted them cut. I went in for a mani/​pedi but it took so long for the pedi I left. Who knows what my finger nails would have turned out like. Not sure I would recommend them. See my photo.

Went here several times for pedicures and was happy but then when I took my hubby and daughters before a family trip I was very displeased! They offer great prices on pedicures with a menu of services that spells out exactly what service you will get and price which I really like b/​c I hate going in for services and not knowing what the cost will be, they even offer a discount for kids & teens upto 19 yrs old! For a family of pedicure lovers this is AWESOME! However the last few times I have had service that isn’t as good and I felt like the salon has been dirty. Before my vacation I decided to get gel /​white tip. The nail tech was so rushed — even though the place was dead except for us — she did a horrible job, they were too thick, crooked, then mid trip they started lifting so I had to stop in when we got home and have them fixed and when the owner asked who did them I said you did she said no I don’t think so — the other girl in the shop said yeah I remember she came with her husband and daughters you did the fill and full set — the look the owner gave her was like shooting fire through her! She did fix them but they still look jacked up so now I have to go pay someone else to fill /​repair them and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks! Also she didn’t wash her hands inbetween the pedicure she was giving and coming to fix my jacked up nails & the towel on her station could use some bleach & water!
