Numerous fraudulent charges on my credit card. The front desk staff was extremely rude. The lady working the front desk her mother is the manager. that’s why she doesn’t care how she treats the customers.
I asked her to go to my room and show me the damages she claimed were in the room. Instead she called the police so that when I filed a corporate complaint for how I was treated they would not investigate because the police were called. I have photos of the room with the police officers there showing no damages and that their claims were completely fraudulent. They are nothing but con artists I would never ever stay here again. I could not get a copy of my bill until the police came and asked her to give it to me.
Calling the police because someone request a copy of their bill and to show damages to the room which you are claiming Is absolutely ridiculous. They are complete scam artists trying to rip people off.

I’ve given this hotel several chances while staying in the area for business, BUT each experience was more disappointing and awful than the last.
Do not arrive late. They will give your reservation to someone else.
Check your bed for bed bugs.
Bring Air Freshener — The Rooms are Musty and Smell of Death.
