I have been meaning to write a review for this place for some time. I have to say this is the place to go for all your pool needs!!! Last year my husband and I decided to put in a new pool liner, Kenny was more than willing to answer all of our questions. Not only that but everytime we go there he helps us with anything we need and he doesn’t just try to sell you something. If you don’t need it he won’t sell it to you. Kenny, thanks so much for all your help!!! We will continue to come there because we are so happy with your service and your honesty! Thanks Again

I am a mile away from 2 other pool stores, but I make the drive to go to St. Charles Pool & Spa. They are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They never try to sell you more than you need and they are happy to explain how to fix things instead of trying to sell you something brand new.

I have always had great service from Kenny and his staff. I was also spoiled by them being down the street. They are now relocating further away, but I will follow. You just do not get service like this anymore. Great place to do business.

Good, honest business people. I went in to St. Charles Pool and Spa yesterday looking for a new filter cartridge for my hot tub and some advice on chemicals. The woman behind the counter told me that I really needed to bring in my old cartridge to make sure that I didn’t purchase the incorrect size since they sell a wide variety of shapes and sizes. I then began asking questions about chemicals for my spa. She thoroughly explained the purpose of each chemical and what she thought I needed. Then the owner, whose name is Kenny jumped in and led me out to where all of the spa chemicals were on display in the store. He told me that it sounded like I already had everything I needed and actually discouraged me from purchasing anything additional. I was really impressed with their honesty and the fact that they werent simply trying to make a sale. So I headed home and grabbed my filthy old filter cartiridge and then u-turned back towards Cottleville. When I walked in with the stinky, nasty filter cartridge and said«this is the one the I need to replace», guess what I was told? You guessed it. The guy behind the counter said, «you don’t need a new filter, that one is perfectly fine. Just go home, soak it in a degreaser for 30 minutes or so and it should last you another year or two». I was flabbergasted! Two trips and the folks at St. Charles Pool and Spa didn’t get one stinkin’ peso out of me. But they did get one thing out of me. They earned my business.
