Rough week and having a lot of carry out/fast foods. Stopped by for two sandwiches. Always enjoy their food but this last trip the bread was stale and even the amount of meat seemed less then normal. I’ll come back… hopefully fresher food. Guys working there polite.

As this is a chain my review is of this particular location’s service. We get dinner for this location as often as once a week(or used to). One evening I ran over and placed my order(which is the same literally every time). The individual who started my sandwiches is, I assume, either the owner or manager as he is there every time I go and seems to be in charge. I ordered two kid sandwiches and one 6″. There was a mix up on the kids’ sandwiches so I pointed it out and said to just switch the cheeses. He switched some of the meat too which meant the sandwiches were still wrong. Again I pointed it out so he totally took the sandwiches apart and proceeded to throw the meat back in the bins. I stated that there was no need to get aggrevated with me as I had told him twice what I wanted. He then put the sandwiches back together… incorrectly. I had to point it out again to which he stated I was«too picky». Strange — if they ask me what I want on a sandwich and I tell them but they get it wrong so I have to correct them(to get what I want which is what they asked in the first place) how the HELL is that too picky??? The girl who actually got it right and finished my order after he decided I was«too picky» was very nice and really tried to go out of her way to smooth things over. I won’t, however, be going back to this location. The guy was absolutely unprofessional(ok, so he just makes sandwiches but still…) and rude.

As a chain restaurant, I’m reviewing the location, not the menu– hope you know what Subway serves. I eat lunch at this location often, they tend to be efficient and move quickly through the lines, even when they get a little longer at lunch. Never had a problem, and as a bonus, most of the employees speak English!
