This was an excellent Valentine’s Day surprise from my fiancé! It’s located on historic Main St in a cozy spot not too far from what looked to be a river walk. Went in & had a blast(from the past too)! My fiancé left it up to me to pick the theme but I couldn’t decide between the Old West & Roaring Twenties! The staff was more than accommodating; they gave us suggestions to get aspects of both in one!!! On top of the sheer fun and going back into time the staff was incredibly helpful and fun to work with! We had so much fun!!! Then when it came down to choosing our pic, we took a while because all of them were fabulous! Even though they had already technically closed, neither staff rushed us into making a decision; in fact, they encouraged us to take our time! We finally decided and even purchased a frame from there too! We are overjoyed with our selection and now have a lasting memory of an awesome experience!!!

I came with some friends to make a video. I had nothing to do with the video but showed up to hang out and watch people. This place is really cute. It has lots of props and a fair amount of space. The costumes are easy to put on – they tie like an apron in the back. The staff was helpful and friendly. If i’m ever in need of western style photos, i know where i’m going!

We got a groupon and went here for our picture. The place is right on Main St, St Charles. They had a pretty good collection of pictures. However, I didn’t like it. I think there is a lot of scope for improvement. First of all the service. There were two ladies there. One of them was super nice and really sweet and other was quite mean. The mean one was talking to us as if she didn’t care. They let you review the picture before they print it. We didn’t like the picture and had to get a couple of shots. She was giving those look, «I can’t believe you guys are making me do this». Secondly, the picture didn’t turnout as good as I had expected. The room had inadequate lighting. I think if I had my camera I could have taken a better picture. They had a pretty good selection of dresses, this was our first experience and we did like it. Just that I wouldn’t go to the same shop.

Small studio in the beautiful area of downtown St. Charles. Old time photos should be a thing on your bucket list. It’s fun to see how you would look 80 years ago. The photographer worked well with my crazy 19 month old who kept running off set. The whole shoot took maybe 20 minutes. They have plenty of examples to choose from. Now you have to make the hard decision of do you want to be a Saloon girl or a Dapper girl?

Quaint little photo studio that offers old time photos, so if you want a photo of you in the old west or living on the prairies or suited up gangster style then this place has what your looking for. Reasonably priced for that sort of thing, it has a good variety of costumes that you can choose from. My daughter was a little prairie girl with some luggage on the run(maybe to the big city) and the whole family did a gangster look with flapper girls and all. Good experience and friendly photographer. Definitely a place to go if that’s what your looking for.
