Uncle Bob’s was the perfect solution to our storage needs in St. Charles, Illinois. Then, as our needs changed, we were able to move to a larger storage nearby. The managers, Robert and Laura, were always helpful and very professional. The entire facility is well-​maintained and immaculately clean. I always felt that it was very safe and secure. Before we first rented here, we had looked around the area for the best self-​storage facility. We chose Uncle Bob’s because it truly was the best, most conveniently located, cleanest secure self-​storage in the area.

I rented an indoor, climate-​controlled space for the last 15 months to store some extra furniture. The property is always immaculate — inside and out. I stopped by occasionally to drop new things off or to pick up items I had in storage, and I always felt safe because of the security in place. There are handy flat-​bed carts to help wheel things in and out of the building, and the staff at the front desk are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Uncle Bob’s Self Storage, and if I ever needed a storage unit again (perhaps for an RV or a boat…) this is my first choice!
