Apollo Heating and Cooling

Had to replace a hot water heater recently. They checked it out and installed the equipment same day. It doesn’t always work out so smoothly, but in our case, things fell into place.
These guys are nice, and work to help the customer as quick as possible.

We moved in to a older home a few years ago with and old NOISY furnace and no central air. The furnace made it through the winter but my wife wasn’t going to make it through the summer with out air. So we started getting bids and got several estimates ranging from over $ 12,000 to under $ 5000.
Apollo wasn’t the lowest but wasn’t anywhere near the highest and after subtracting the federal tax rebate, DTE rebate, and manufacturers rebate we got almost $ 3000 back. We also signed up for the six months no interest credit card they offered and paid it off over half a year while the rebates came in.
We were concerned about the noise of the A/​C unit because our city requires the neighbors permission if you want it on the side of you house. While trying to convince my neighbor that noise wasn’t going to be a problem (and it isn’t) Ed even came out and talked to her about her concerns. They also put me in touch with a customer who purchased the same unit I was going to have installed so I could go out and see and hear it for myself.
They installed everything in one long Saturday and passed the city inspection with ease.
