I entered the store to see the counter man waiting on a another customer. I waited approximately five minutes. I needed a foam filter for a popular Bissell vacuum. When it was my turn, I gave the employee a note with the part number. Then he asked if he could wait on another party because the part would take a while to find. Wait, I waited my turn. I told him I only had ten minutes. He said it would take longer than that. For a popular replacement part? No way! I will never go back. And I will ask my friends and family to do as well.
