Tim Hortons

Fast and convenient. The drive-​thru is typically packed during the morning rush. Always a huge line of cars and its difficult to park. You will get a door ding here when parking. I did ;-(Employees and staff are super polite and nice. The management here knows what they’re doing! See you soon and thank you.

This Tim Hortons is great. Super quick, accurate and friendly. They just take care of you here.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Everyone who works here is slow and rude pick a different location to go to.

I drove by and saw four cars parked right in front of this location so I figured it was open. I walked in the door and a lady yelled at me that they were closed. I figured «ok» and used the drive thru. When picking up my order, the older woman was rude. «same woman that scolded me for walking in the door» I had to correct her three times on the change she gave me. She barked and said she just start her shift. Then as I was preparing to leave I here her say out loud.GEESH. what the bleep. I did not say a word to her except that this is the wrong amount of change twice. I really don’t understand how in the world someone working in customer service and the reputation of a business lies in her hands could be working with customers. She needs to be in the back washing dishes. I don’t really care if you just started your shift. There is no excuse for your ineptness and lack of social skills. Totally unprofessional and will NEVER go to this establishment. I used to go here at least a couple times a week and stopped from another incident six months ago. I am sorry I gave them another shot.

This place is ALWAYS busy seemingly until noon at least each day. The busiest TH, I have seen outside Canada and I’m thinking it’s the pace of the employees and not an excessive amount of customers. The young people seem to converge and chat in the corner while there is literally a line of 10 at ONE register (the other remains closed most of the time) and a line of cars for the drive thru that leads out to Harper.

To tight of a drive thru, mocha coffee was not «blended» or mixed, I’m sure your trying to be fast, but fast and bad is not productive. And what does TIm Hortons have against napkins? I get a napkin one out of ten times… This is just a cramped Hortons that tries to hard, and it’s not working

I tried going to this location at least 10 times (only because it is so close to my house). Every time I went there, they had gotten something wrong with my order.

I’ve tried to submit this review 3 friggin times and it keeps timing out. It’s making me angry about as angry as i was when i got the cup of mocha stench that they tried to serve me at this Tim’s!
OK so i go to a local coffee chain and if any of you follow check-​ins you will know which place i mean and it DOES NOT rhyme with SHAR SCHUCKS. lol
I was heading out of town and not driving my mother was and she likes Tim’s. Now I like the Tim’s by my office for a hot coco and a Tim bit from time to time but today i was feeling like living on the edge and got their Mocha.
For the love of all things warm and fuzzy there was nothing right about this «coffee» like substance! What they gave me was some liquid the temp of molten lava and tasted like you had maybe rinsed off the mat on the floor in my car and strained it into a cup and topped it with a little froth.
NO I MEAN IT! CAR MAT JUICE! HOT CAR MAT JUICE!
I thought maybe it was so bad because of the undrinkable temps but once it had simmered down it was even WORSE!
Needless to say it the cup of car mat juice found it’s way into a trash can just outside of the Illinois boarder via a rest stop ahahaha!
Sorry Tim’s on Harper Ave, it’s not me it’s you. We are going to have to break up I like west-​side Tim’s. He gives me yummy hot coco and squishy Tim Bits that are fresh and delsih.
