Total Computer Support

My computer crashed, it wouldn’t even boot. I was reluctant to have it fixed because I’ve paid high dollar for that in the past, only to find my computer still had problems. I was ready to give up on it and buy a new one, but my neighbor recommended Total Computer Support. It’s as good as my neighbor, and the other Unilocalers here, said. I have nothing to add to what they said, just seconding them. Total Computer Computer Support is the best!

These guys are AWESOME. Their prices are not as bad as other computer repair places, but they do just as good of a job and in my opinion, a better job. I was especially impressed by Eric, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He told me what was wrong with my computer, something that the company refused to tell me (since they sold me a lemon computer that had issues every single year). I wish I would have came here A LONG time ago because no one ever told me the TRUTH.
Eric also spent time giving me advice and explaining in detail to me numerous questions that I had and he was happy to answer them. You will not get this kind of customer service at a larger, corporate computer repair places… nor will you get the truth. These guys could have told me one side of the story just to take my money, but they didn’t. They told me the truth and saved me money.

I highly recommend Total Computer Support. Well worth the drive from the west side. They helped recover accidentally deleted files for under a hundred. Another quote from a separate company was in the seven hundred range. Many thanks for providing excellent work at an honest price.
