So it took me forever to write this review because this place is where cell service goes to die. This place is upsetting because it has so much potential to be a cool local hole in the wall… it was recently remodeled but they didn’t think to add in more beer taps? I love the karaōke hosts but god, the bartenders and guy owner, or whoever he is, are terrible. The old lady bartender is snide and the guy is slow as hell. I asked for a vodka and soda and I swore I was drinking soda only. After having my bf double check the taste, we asked the bartender if she forgot… well she took offense to that and poured so much vodka in it that it wasn’t even drinkable. Being a local, I really wish this place would make the small changes it needs, and so many other reviews mention, so it could be my local bar… but unfortunately it’s just a place to stop into for a few min.

The service is absolutely terrible. completely unprofessional. I started out with an appetizer of chicken tenders… i mentioned it looked to be undercooked… and the rat faced bartender with th3 sunken in face(think her name started with an a) copped an attitude with me insisting i was wrong. Completely unprofessional. I swear she spit in my beer… you couldn’t pay me to go back…

Lisa the bartender is a sweetheart. The owner is in there almost every night, introducing himself to people. People who feel uncomfortable here are probably unfriendly and not great at socializing.

Nothing special besides a bucket of beer for $ 12. Customer service is lacking unless you go their religiously. The place is newly renovated but it is very narrow for any large crowd. Not much going on here.

This a dive bar for regulars. I walked in with three others and we got some stares from the locals — of which we are the same, too. We live down the street. The beer selection needs improvement, especially craft beers. We split a bucket(6 beers for $ 12) and they didn’t even offer Bud heavy as an option, so we got Labatt. I don’t honestly even know if they have beer on draft, as I saw nobody else drinking it. On Saturday night they had karaōke and people were enjoying themselves. It was kind of entertaining, at least for a while. The food isn’t too bad… we only ordered fries and mozzarella sticks but I must say that the sticks were some of the best I have had. Better than what you would get at certain restaurants. It seems recently remodeled, but it feels like it’s missing something as well. It’s your classic«Bar to get shitfaced at» on any night of the week. But man, the looks you get if you’re not a regular is really a turn off…

A local pub close to home, I stopped by for last call. From the outside it doesn’t look like much but once inside it is much different. Recently remodeled on the inside, with the kitchen to open soon. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the décor is comfortable, with beautiful ambient lighting. The staff was all very courteous and prompt to my needs. The crowd was very typical for a pub but nothing rowdy or loud at all. Karaōke was playing, and the crowd seem to be enjoy their self. If you’re ever in the neighborhood I would definitely recommend this pub.

From the outside, it looks like a dumpy dive bar named Fudges… which is probably why I drove/biked/walked past here for a year without even looking inside. The inside is actually very nice… it appears recently remodeled with nice tables and a long snake-y bar that winds it’s way down the length of the narrow establishment. There were plenty of open seats at the bar and tables for a Saturday night during college football season. Drinks seemed a little bit pricey but they had a special on beer buckets(6 for $ 12). Although it was nice inside and I’ll be back to watch more football, I give this place three stars for the lack of beer taps(bottles only). They also use those measured shot machines… yes, I get a full shot, but it limits the chance of getting a heavy pour… I suppose that could be good or bad. Now that I think about it, it’s still a dive bar but with a nice interior renovation. Don’t expect food, wifi, or even a pool table. It’s a place to grab a drink, play keno, watch TV, or sing karaōke. Nothing too special.

Holy fuck. I’ve been to vacant houses in Detroit that are more accommodating and inviting than this place. Unless you’re already shit faced and have gotten kicked out of every bar in a half mile radius do not come to this bar.

This place is over priced for the amount of crap it spews all over you as you walk in. It feels like the place is falling apart as soon as you walk in. All the tables and chairs don’t match and to top it off the staff makes you feel like an ass since you aren’t a regular. Not for me.
