Great place!!! Our food took a little long to come out, but our waitress was super friendly and explained there was a big group before us so we didn’t mind the wait. The Bloody Mary is incredible!!! I a not a bloody drinker and can never even finish one, u have ordered a few now and never had a bloody taste so good!!! Check it out!!!

We did the thanksgiving buffet and we were pleasantly surprised. I really liked the dressing, it was dense and moist(i hate dry dressing). The food could’ve been warmer, but the flavor was on point. We were one of the first groups through the buffet, so the food could’ve been sitting there for a while. The second trip through, the food was warm and fresh. Desserts were an assortment of pies and a cheesecake, which i didn’t try, but the pecan pie was good. The facility is extremely clean and roomy. Obviously updated from the last time I was there years ago. We’ll probably do it again next year.

Walleye bites are a delicious starter… even for breakfast! It’s a comfortable, friendly place with good food. We’ve always eaten in the bar, will venture to the dining room in the future. From sirloin to sandwich, the food always satisfies.

I love coming to the Ace, because I know I will always leave feeling satisfied! Everything is delicious. Their walleye is fabulous(sandwich or entrée) and the service is great. Great happy hour and meat raffle. PS– They offer a free meal on your birthday!

Order the fish on Fridays. Order the chicken on Mondays. Order anything on the menu and you will not be sorry! Ace’s is truly a St. Cloud gem!

I’m surprised at how pricey this neighborhood bar is. A summit beer on tap is $ 5 and a Jack and Coke is $ 6. Cheesburger and fries were below average quality but not aweful. The place needs to be remodeled. It looks worn and dated. Service was good.

After working and dinning there for years I would recommend this establishment to anyone… the old St. Cloud Culture absorbed by the Ace can’t be beat anywhere else! There menu changes from time to time and and the food is always great!

Had dinner at the Ace last night and all I can say is DONOT order the«all you can eat fish» on Fridays. The fish they served me was pale yellow & totally undercooked, greasy, and simply awful. Even my baked potato was cold & yucky.(How do you screw up a baked potato?) I sent my entire meal back. My appetite was ruined at that point. Thankfully others at my table allowed me to nibble on their food. The only Silver-Lining to my experience was our great server Lizzie. She tried to make things right & did not charge me for the horrible meal & was very apologetic. I’d suggest that the head cook take a look at what is being served from now on! Shame on the kitchen for serving this crap! Needless to say, I will not be eating at the Ace for a VERY long time.

The Ace Bar is a neighborhood bar and restaurant with some of the best food in Saint Cloud. The prices are average. The service is always excellent. The place isn’t a dive but the décor isn’t that good. The clientele is mostly from a working class background. Things I recommend trying at the Ace Bar 1 — Dry aged steaks 2 — Hot beef sandwich 3 — Any of their fish and seafood 4 — Tell the bartender what your tastes are then ask him to make you a mixed drink based on your tastes Things I recommend avoiding at the Ace Bar 1 — Fried chicken 2 — Salads
