I’ve been here twice now and everything has been perfect! We use to be regulars at a place called Bridgette’s and if you want horrifying experiences go there! The food at Bridgette’s was always good but copper lantern has them beat! From now on we will be enjoying fabulous dining food here!

Only getting two stars because the service is so good. Food was terrible, coffee was weak and bathrooms are gross. The girl that waited on me was very friendly and was not annoying, the ideal server really. Food came out quick and I wished it wouldn’t have. Maybe a couple extra minutes of love would have lead to something respectable. The bacon was literally 90% fat and undercooked. My over-easy eggs were browned and overlooked. The sausage tasted like rubber. The pancakes were ok. The coffee was like water. I drank like 6 cups and there is just no kick. I really want to give 0 or 1 stars, but the service was solid.

Went here a while back, probably 4 months ago. I do not forget service. Or food I’m served. My fiancé and I went for a later meal around 830ish we felt like we were being rushed the whole time. We both ordered a cappuccino, as it was cold. I ordered beef brisket over potatoes, the meat was not very good at all, bland and mushy. I set it aside and got another cappuccino, the workers acted upset at the fact that we were sitting more than 20 mins. It was snowing that day, we were really just wanting to stay warm for a bit. We paid and left saw that they closed at 930 that night on the way out. Regardless I was not appreciative of how we were pushed out. So we never went back.

For a good meal at a reasonable price then try Copper Lantern… This is one of the few places when you can get breakfast anytime of the day which is always a plus…

The service was fine but not the food. Pretty much all tasteless. One of us had steak and eggs and the steak looked like a White Castle patty(no offense to White Castle)

Coming back from Fargo it’s easy to spot. We each had the fish sandwich, it was a generous size, on a big ‘ol bun, that I had no interest in. Instead of fries I got a side salad, which the waitress fixed herself, off of the salad bar. I’ll give her this, even though it’s iceberg, it was all green, not large fillers of white crap. She was very nice. Unfortunately, it’s more of a touristy chain type feel, not home cooking local. Note: just go a bit further, and you’ll hit Culvers.

Good for breakfast. It’s pretty basic with one of those everything and the kitchen sink as long as we can make it on a grill menus. Nothing wrong with the place, but it is a local version of a Denny’s or a Perkins. I like the idea of supporting local and it beats the butt off of places like IHOP, but having eaten there once, I’m ok with not going back.
