Best place in town for a friday night meat raffle! Food is cheap and pretty good for bar food! Bartenders and servers are always nice. Great place to eat, drink, and hang.

If I had to choose a downtown St. Cloud bar, it would be MC’s. With its Cheers-like feel, and the friendly service, and good food, you can’t go wrong. I’ve had numerous dishes here — hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, and they have all been great. I especially love the cookies at the bar. It’s a great place to meet friends for lunch, dinner, or later.

MC’s is my number one choice for bars in Downtown St. Cloud. The staff is very friendly and do a great job. Drinks are moderately priced, but there are also happy hour deals. You must have a hairy buffalo at least once in your life… I recommend the Dirty Buffalo if you’re a fan of Colorado Bulldogs. I love the atmosphere – not so loud that you can’t have a conversation, but not too quiet either.

Mc’s is such a cool little bar located in Downtown St Cloud I enjoy the Hairy Buffaloes, and love their nachos. Friday’s they have a meat raffle and the staff there is attentive & very helpful. I enjoy this bar a lot!

30+ minutes for a kitchen to fry some meat to make a burger, when your restaurant is dead? Egregious. What are you doing back there?

It’s a bit college bar meeting small town bar. They had a nice combo of music yet you were still able to hold a conversation. The drinks were good. I tried the harry buffalo and it was pretty good. I could tell right away though that a normal drinker shouldn’t have more than one in one sitting. Prices were a bit high I thought. Additionally they wouldn’t run a CC unless you had a $ 10 tab.

The staff is always friendly. Great food for a downtown bar. Good place to go for lunch or happy hour — good specials. Weekends get busy at night with the college crowd so dont expect a lot of room around the bar. Lots of tv, great for watching sports.

Dece atmosphere. pretty crowded on a Saturday night. A little put off by the taco bar, at a bar, not being refreshened too often. You’re basically asking for E. Coli. However, had I been here after a beer or six, I’d have been all over that taco bar. Ordered three hairy buffalo’s thinking they were shots. They indeed are not. They are a thousand diff(rail) liquors in a cup, spiked with grenadine. However, they’re still delicious and get you where you need to go if you’re looking to not remember the majority of your evening.

While a nice bar at night during the day they serve some of the best food for lunch/supper and most interesting daily and weekly specials Several months ago they revamped their menu and staff the quality and options of food have skyrocketed it quickly became one of my favorite lunch places.

The hairy buffalo is one of the coolest drink names ever. Its a good place to go because people go there. They have darts if that’s your bag. Although I wasn’t the ambience and value isn’t super awesome so bring some good people and all will be good. They had all you could eat tacos at one time… is that still on?

This is one of the cleanest downtown bars. I also like it because they draw a more mature crowd. The hairy buffalo is their claim to fame so you have to try that. It’s a good place to watch sporting events in HD.

This is one of my favorite downtown bars. Its not dark and dirty like a lot of the other ones. Its always clean and very fun for watching sporting events. The Hairy Buffalos are spendy but delicious. Best part is they have free food bars on a lot of different nights. We’ve come here for many Vikings games and had a great time. ;)

This is a GREAT bar. A jukebox in the corner, friendly staff, and a fantastic atmosphere. It isn’t a college bar and it isn’t an old man’s bar: it is unto itself. I’ve spent many Thursday nights drinking cheap pitchers with my friends and partners in crime, and the memories are golden. The music is loud enough to keep your mind from walking on sensitive ground and quiet enough to keep your brain in the conversation. Go there, tip well, and order a Hairy Buffalo.
