We are BBQ eaters. This was the worse portions, food quality we have ever ate at a restaurant. Not to mention, it was over $ 45 for 2 people to try the trio. Ribs were extremely small portions, toughness like it was in an oven all day. It wasn’t fresh or tasty. This was a huge disappointment. Location is not the best either, kind of hidden.

Best ribs I can remember and brisket was as good as what I would get in Austin. Going to come back!

My family and I tried this place when it first opened. I am a beef brisket kinda girl. That is what I ordered. The seasoning was way off. Too spicy! And the sides were a joke for the money I spent.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while I was working in Lake Nona. The brisket and sides were good, and the service was friendly. Prices were downright cheap compared to many other BBQ joints. The sauces could use some work though.

Stopped in on a whim and got a Carolina Pig sandwich. Pulled pork, slaw, pickles and jalapenos on grilled garlic bread. I topped it w/Carolina style sauce, and it was one of the best pork sandwiches I’ve had. Also sampled the Burnt ends, which were delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in next time I’m in the area

First impression is a clean restaurant with a nice well-rounded BBQ menu. Since this is my first visit, I tried a 3 meat combo with smoked sausage, pulled pork, and brisket. My sides included a corn bread, collard greens, and side salad with excellent in house ranch dressing. This was a very filling meal. The brisket was very flavorful, if a little dry. The sausage and pulled pork get top marks and are the reason I will return. This review was so close to a perfect score… I really enjoyed the food and would have given that last star if the brisket had been a little more moist. The service was fast and friendly. I recommend Meat N Fire.

Hands down… BESTBBQINTOWN! Their pork, sausage, mac and cheese, BBQ beans and green beans are amazing! It’s a little pricey as the 3 meat platter is $ 15… but it’s really worth it as the quality of the food is great. The only thing I’m not fond of are the ribs, but that will never stop me from going. I love it here!

Called in a pick up order for burger and fries and some of there pig snouts, and this is no lie one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Plenty of food and burger was amazing also those little jalapeño pig snouts were fantastic.

Went to Meat n Fire BBQ in St Cloud for the first time. There were three of us so we decided to order a variety of meat selections just to see if any stood out from the rest. Among the pulled pork, quarter chicken, ribs, burnt ends and sausage only the burnt ends scored high enough to warrant a return trip, with the sausage being tasty but covered in a thick, almost papery skin that was not pleasing. Sides were ok, nicely flavored but nothing to write home about. Cole slaw, potato salad and baked beans all tasted like they came from generic supermarket shelves with nothing to distinguish them. The mac & cheese was tasteless. The garlic bread was rubbery and probably thawed from frozen. I’d go back for the burnt ends and to try different sides but that’s about it.

Brisket was awesome and the Mac and Cheese was phenomenal. Super friendly people working too. I showed up 10 minutes before closing but they were nice about it! Ty

Had 3 meat platter and nothing really made me want more. Ribs were very tough and tasted old. Had the brisket which was okay but not enough flavor to make me want to come back. My son had the ¼ chicken and it was grilled not fresh off the smoker. None of the smoked meat had great smoke flavor on them. Sides were okay I had baked beans, collard greens and okra. Baked beans were a little blah and the collard greens had some flavor but more would have been nice. Sauce was okay but couldn’t really figure out what type of bbq they are going after. Also had store bought sweet baby rays in the table which was strange for a bqq place to do. Average at beast but nothing would bring me back given other options in the area.

We go here often, and the meat is really good. Pulled pork is excellent, burnt ends are great, Brisket is good and ribs are pretty good. The sides are just OK. The fried Okra is great. I find their greens to be bland and poorly seasoned and their Mac and Cheese is pretty gross and waaay over peppered. Almost like they pepper it to «fix» it. Ha! They have fallen into the trap of «if we have a bazillion menu items we will make more money» — which simply isnt the case. If they got rid of half the menu — and focused instead on the one great thing they have going for them — their dads original BBQ, with 4 – 5 amazing sides with 2 desserts they will be successful long term. Their bad service and slow line is directly correlated with the menu, and too many items on it. Their food waste has to be really high. The service, as mentioned above is hit or miss. If they get busy it takes forever to get orders out. I personally think their meat is better than 4 Rivers, but they need to camp out down there at 4 Rivers and learn a thing or two about service and speed. Will keep going back for the meat, but def do it during slow times. :)

Food is ok, the service is terrible. This review is based over four visits to this place. It’s sad because this is one of the only food places in this area.

LOVE their food, creative menu, and the prices are good too. I’ve tried the pulled pork, the buffalo burger, but the best thing I’ve had is the local grassfed hamburger. It’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten! The sides are also my favorite part, they have spicy collard greens, delicious fried okra, even their baked beans taste special and good. As a bonus, this place supports local schools. An overall winner!

Meat & Fire BBQ, Saint Cloud Decided to stop here because there were a lot cars in the parking spaces. The place has been open for 2.5 years and it’s airy and clean. Located in the Publix shopping plaza on 192 and Narcoossse. The place is a fast food BBQ establishment. You order at the order here line, select your meat, sides, etc. we ordered the brisket sandwich on garlic bread and the Cuban sandwich, coke slaw and a drink. The total was $ 20! I thought it was pricey. The brisket sandwich was ok and small. The Cuban sandwich was excellent — loved the onion rings twist and its big enough to share. Overall, good place, lots of dining options, pricey for BBQ food. Would I go again? Maybe.

In one word, overpriced. Sub-adequate bbq for the price you pay. I’ve eaten and bbq restaurants throughout the southeast and have eaten better tasting and better quality food for less than they charge. I’m not above paying more money for good food but this isn’t the case with this establishment.

#Yelp100 After speaking with the owner and retrying the food, I have rewritten my review to up it to 4 starts. Went in with a group of 4 and two had ribs, amazing, and one had pork sandwich, very juicy, and I had the brisket. It was just the best. Yes it’s a little expensive, but the people are nice, the food is good, what more do you want? The Apple/Orange cake is simply divine, definitely try a piece. The cole slaw and potato salad remind me of my grandmothers, and that’s a good thing, but the sweet potato sou flee is the BOMB, a must try. Put this in a crust and give it to me as a Thanksgiving Pie for sure! I will be back with out a doubt! Thanks Phil for bringing in this to the other end of St. Cloud!

The food was good as was the service but the price was outrageous. I personally wouldn’t pay this much again. It is cafeteria style and you refill your own drinks. That’s fine but to pay that much for that kind of food is not for me. I had the beef brisket sandwich and thought it was very good. The sides were mediocer at best.
