Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Tasting room was fairly crowded. Service was average. Wines were okay, nothing exceptional. Prices were higher than most regional wineries we have visited but the quality was not higher. No option for doing a tasting without buying a glass(like I need another basic wine glass!). We ordered panini sandwiches. They were also average and basically thrown at us by the wait staff. We were not asked if we wanted a beverage or checked on at all once we got our food. I will not go back. There are much more enjoyable winery experiences in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

My friends and I did a wine tour today and this was by far my favorite winery! The tasting is $ 10 and you even get to get to take the wine glass home. They have live acoustic music every other Sunday and some fun events throughout the summer. Not only was the wine great but the food is also spot on! We ordered 2 pizzas and a flatbread with dips. Our favorite was the garlic and arugula dip and the Gregory Hines pizza. We enjoyed these on the back patio that overlooked the vineyard. I ended up taking home a bottle of the Cha Cha wine which was very affordable($ 18). They also have a cute gift shop that is not overpriced.

My fiancée and I were celebrating her birthday and this one was close to our hotel. So, we decided to try it out after dinner. Well, it was gorgeous and the wine tastings were very good. The white wines were sweet and better than we expected from other wine tastings. Plus, the outdoor view was even better with the setting sun. They also have food but we were so full from eating at the Vegetarian in downtown St. Croix Falls.

What a memorable day we spent at the Vineyard! Honestly I wasn’t that much of a wine lover until I visited Dancing Dragonfly. From watching how he wine is made at the behind the scenes tour, to the tasting bar, to the fun events and activities I love this place! We had a blast at the grape stomp, I was channeling Lucy and Ethel as I emerged from the barrel with purple stained feet. Try the white called«Ballet» it has danced its way into my heart.

There unfortunately isn’t much good I can say about this«winery.» The people were so so(didn’t know what port was mixed with but it wasn’t mixed with everclear, umm what?) the wine was horrendous(chilled reds?), and the price was outrageous for what you got($ 10 a tasting, for a small single tasting). I am not one to complain but this is not good wine at all, this isn’t even cheap«wine.» What a tourist trap this is. I will NOT be back. For a winery that’s been open two years, they should’ve spent more time perfecting their wines instead of creating this opulent tasting room.

Very nice winery… Attended with a group of ladies on a wine & limo tour. Had a private tasting up in the«board room» as the main room was being held for a private function(wedding). The $ 10 tasting fee included the wine glass and 5 tastings. For an additional fee, we were able to head down to the bar area for additional tastings. Enjoyed the Sashay and Rumba wines the best!

This Winery was the last on our Winery tour and by the time we got here, it was pretty late. They were having a wedding reception and it looks like a beautiful venue for this type of celebration. We actually decided not to do a tasting here but like the other Unilocalers say, it is $ 10 and you get your glass. Not a bad deal! Why I more than likely will not return, is, it appeared most of the people doing wine tastings were standing at the bar and I don’t care for that… I like to sit down and relax and then get up and get another tasting. I know! I know! Standing is good for you but not while I am drinking my 40th tasting of wine for the day… The man who told us about the tasting was very pleasant and the staff seemed super friendly so it most definitely seems like a great place!

I’d have given a 5 if the service was even remotely decent. Pat should be the standard for service. Thx for stepping in. 7 women ventured out for the experience. The pizzas very good. The favorite red wine cha cha without a doubt. In fact it was the best wine on the list. But come on … We go there for fun and good service makes that possible. After being ignored Pat stumbled in and set the stage for the fact that good service is possible and we may return.

Stopped by yesterday(9⁄27) to have a tasting and learn about their wine. Not a great experience. We were not told anything about the wines by two different wine servers. Even though we made inquiries and told them about how we enjoy other area wineries. Never told us about the wine club. Anything thing we learned was from hearing other customers talk about the club and upcoming events. Serious need for some basic customer service training from what we experienced would go along way to making this this beautiful place more enjoyable. Don’t think the wines they were sampling were served at the correct temperatures at all which also degraded the experience which we

The nicest thing I can say is the building is nice. The tasting is $ 10 and the wines are not that great. The tasting room attendant that I had was not very knowledgeable about the wines. The was no further edification of the wine other then where some of the money from the purchase of the wines go(specific charities). I would pay $ 6 got a bottle of their best wine, not worth the drive from the metro area.

This is a young winery that is well worth visiting if you live near the twin cities and would like to take a scenic little road trip with a fabulous end destination. The grounds are not as gorgeous as other wineries I have visiting. Pretty much in a big flat open space very close to residential housing. It is 10.00 to sample five 1 ounce pours and you keep your glass. If you come back with your glass it is only 5.00 next time. A glass of wine will run you around 7 – 10 dollars. They are roughly 5 – 6 ounce pours. I enjoyed all the wines I sampled very much and it exceeded my expectations. I like a dry wine and sometimes you don’t find that. My two faves were Bill’s Minuet and Bill’s Waltz. One was a white and the other Red. The two best of the day for me. They are named for dancing like shashay, cha-cha-hula-etc. I thought a bottle was a tad on the expensive side-right around 40.00 — The building is very nice and will be much appreciated in the colder weather or to have an event. Things they can improve upon would be to get better music in there — the live music they advertised was lame. I was expecting a guy with a guitar singing James Taylor, Eagles, John Denver, getting the crowd engaged and keeping the party rocking and people drinking. He also should have been outside on such a gorgeous day instead of inside. They need little fire pits outside on the patio – it would be lovely to bring a throw in the fall and just hang and talk with people while enjoying a glass or two. The wood fired pizzas looked amazing and I will have one next time. I love the logo and believe this winery will only get better and better with time.
