Don’t bother trying to get your friends signed up here. They have all these buddy bonus cards that give you (referring donor) a kickback after your friend donates a certain amount of times. You’ll have to hound them, and constantly get the run around, to get the money.

Biolife is a great way to make extra money they have get promotional offers and yes we have all heard the ad saying be a life saver. All of this is great. I have only one issue with biolife. That is if you don’t go consistently during the year and you wait for a few months they will make you do the process of getting a physical again. I believe it’s important to make sure you are healthy to donate but seriously I didnt donate since august then they have a promotion so I go in to donate and it says I need a physical I ask a lady who works there what I have to do she said I would have to schedule an appointment and it would take at least 2 hours! I just did this back in May. Its only been 4 months since I donated and I need to redo the beginning donor process… The first sign up is a pain and I have had this happen a couple of times now and each time I leave extremely frustrated with the process of needing to do the 2 hr process again. I asked if they could override this and she said not even management can override it and I would have to set up an appointment. Bio life for myself is only worth it during the promotional offers and I wish they did them more often.
Other than my frustrating experiences as such the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Wish the process was smooth and more consistent.
