We have been here 4 times so far: 3x with just my husband and myself, ordering from the menu and once with our girls for the Saturday lunch buffet. The first time, my husband got the steak/peppers/onions/cheese sub with fries and he liked it – but said he’d try something else next time. I had the cheeseburger and fries… I LOVED it. They even cooked my burger medium rare the way I like it. Another time he had the hot Pastrami sandwich/fries and I had the cheeseburger/fries again and we loved them both. The orders don’t take long to arrive and the waitress is friendly. One time we just ordered a house special pizza, which was hot and cheesy and the crust was super crispy. YUM. The time we had the buffet we weren’t overwhelmed … is underwhelmed a word? There were large meatballs(divinely delicious), pulled pork and baked chicken(both good and tasty), mac&cheese, potato salad, greens, pasta salad, green beans, rice, stuffed peppers(all of which were pretty much flavorless with little seasoning), popcorn shrimp(probably frozen but okay, with cocktail and tartar sauces available), fried breaded squash(YUM), and several different kinds of pizza(super YUM!). The salad bar is standard, nothing special there. The ONLY«dessert» choice on the buffet is canned/sliced peaches on the salad bar. PLEASE add some banana pudding! Also, we would have appreciated rolls, bread, cornbread, something to sop up the juices of the buffet items. We live close and we want to support local businesses, so we plan to return often. The restaurant is homey and comfortable(even if the décor is a little 1980s), and we feel welcomed every time we go. Parking is plentiful and there are TVs around the dining area. Beer and wine are available and the entire menu can be ordered«to go». Several times now we have seen/heard people come in to pick up their order with a «Hey Joe! Your dinner will be right out!» or a «Hi sweetie, I’m here for my regular». Just right for a small-town restaurant. Oh, if only Georgio’s served breakfast … it would be a true diner! The only reason for not giving a 5th star is the quality/selection of items on the buffet. By the way, it is $ 10.50 on Sunday, and $ 8.50 on Tuesday evenings(which we haven’t been to yet.) The sign out front says they have a lunch buffet. Long story short — it’s about a half mile from I-95. Please stop and have a great meal!

HORRIBLE! Don’t eat here. Mgr was very rude. Food was cold and stale. Overpriced. No star would be my option.

I stopped here because the traffic was so bad on I-95. Glad I did. Great pizza, light crust and flavorful toppings. Best baked meatballs I’ve ever had. Didn’t care for the stuffed bell peppers but everything else was pretty nice. The sweet tea was ice cold and not too sweet. Good food, good service, fair price. I’ll be back.

We stopped here with the kids on a Sunday as we headed on vacation. What a treat! Huge buffet — great salad bar and a wonderful spread! The best meatballs, stuffed bell peppers, ribs, fried shrimp, macaroni and cheese — you name it! Service was fantastic and down home friendly. We will definitely make this a destination when traveling this way.

We were hungry heading north on 95 from Jekyll. Based on reviews, we gave it a try. There were choices for the kids, and an excellent buffet. Homemade pizza with a crispy base crust, baked chicken, and veggies. Nice salad bar selection with peaches for dessert. Clean restrooms too. Don’t be fooled by the simple exterior– you’ll be pleased with your choice to stop at Georgios.

Great food. No frills. Just deliciousness! Better than any chain Italian. Yummo!

Worst food ever! Waitress couldn’t answer questions about entrees, wouldn’t ask the cook about a minor request! Food was mediocre at best,

This place has a great lunch buffet that includes country food pizza and even appetizers along with a separate salad bar. Owens are great as well as the staff and the service. Good place to stop into if you are passing though.

Decent enough. Nothing to write home about. Portion sizes are large. Mom liked the eggplant. Salad bar is lacking. Waitress was eh. Stopped at 3pm. Saw no pizza buffet. All seafood was fried.

Stopped by on my way back from Jacksonville florida to Jacksonville NC. We waited for 20 minutes to get seated and the«lunch buffet» had like three things on it.

Not the most amazing Italian restaurant I’ve been to, but decent enough. Prices are pretty reasonable.(Chicken Marsala, although not really that flavorful, was only 13 bucks including salad bar. Other entrees can be had for under 10 bucks.) Salad bar did not have an extensive selection, and although most items were somewhat coarsely cut, everything was fresh. Eggplant casserole was not bad, and next time(if there is a next time) I would probably order something like that. Kid’s meal was pretty large, but even so, it must have been good since it all disappeared. Very convenient to I-95.

Stopped by on the way home from sc and get some subs. Dude that was making them stopped to go outside for a min or two then came back in to finish and without washing his hands finished. Should have spoken up but who knows what eel could have gone wrong.

Good lunch Buffett for under $ 7. The pizza is really good. I especially like their crust, it is very light Their meatballs were awesome. I had to wait inline twice to get them as they were out both trips I made to the Buffett. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in St George.

Great find along I-95 during long road trip home from Disney vacation. It was clean restaurant, friendly service, and the food(salads and pizza for us) was fresh. So much better than zipping through a drive thru!!! Plus, it was very inexpensive. We will remember this spot and stop again on future road trips. Nice to support locally — owned :)

A Greek restaurant owned by real Greeks. We came in minutes before 11pm(closing time) and just ordered a gyro and some finger food, so I am not in position to write a detailed review; the gyro was OK. Restaurant located very close to the highway, which is a plus, and right next to Pizza Hut — way better choice than that chain, but don’t expect anything spectacular.

Sauce is good… Had to get our own menus after 10 minutes… Veal parm was $ 9.95, thus the quality was on that level.

We shared a bacon and mushroom pizza and it was superb! I think the best part of the pizza was the cheese. It was yummy! (My son helped me write this review!)

I stop here every time I go south on I 95. Located off exit 77 about a block east of the interstate(next to pizza hut). I love the Georgio’s special toasted sub. Hot, spicy, drippy goodness!
