Harmons is an extremely expensive store considering the selection of goods. The Harmons in downtown SLC is so expensive that I couldn’t shop there. And like their SLC store there is a poor selection of organic products in St. George. Those products that are organic are also high priced. It’s a tragedy that many Americans can’t eat well because organic foods are economically out-of-reach. I finally decided to purchase some Harmons name brand products recently. The organic eggs were fair but the bacon was so fatty that I had to throw it out – virtually nothing but blubbery fat. Cosco and Whole Foods beats this store hands down. Harmons is not even remotely like Whole Foods, either.

The deli, produce and meat sections are superior to any other store in St. George! The rest o the store is like others, except a bit higher prices. The deli fried chicken is great!!!

The best grocery store in St. George, UT. It has everything, and an excellent variety. The coffee bar is fantastic and they are very service oriented. A $ 2 ice coffee with coffee cubes? Fantastic! Love the bakery. Great place for lunch for the family!

This the closest we can get to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s in our area. I can wait till they open in Santa Clara so we don’t have to travel across town. The produce is fresh and they do a great job on the prepared food. Also, if you are looking for a lesser known cheese, you can find it here.

Love Harmons! Can’t wait until they open their new store in Santa Clara. We travel clear across town to get their in-store made sausages and great meat selection & fresh produce. Rarely have to wait long for a cashier to check out.

Hands down the best grocery store I have ever been to. It is like a whole foods and big name supermarket all rolled into one. Prices are definitely high on some items, but the quality and selection is crazy. Probably the best option for groceries on your way into Zion.

If you are looking for good quality produce, meats, cheeses, or baked good, Harmons is the place for you. They have a cheese monger on staff to talk artisanal cheeses and the best produce in a grocery store in town. They recently got a face-lift to the store, which is amazing!

This is a fantastic grocery store. It is a mix of a standard grocer and a whole foods.

I was on my way to Zion and stopped here for supplies of the food kind. Wow!!! My favorite stores where I live are Sprouts and Whole Foods. This place was every bit as good as those and much bigger. All the specialty foods were amazing and was shocked at the selection. All the staff I encountered were super nice. While not cheap it was really worth it.

My husband and I moved here from Newport Beach, California, a few years ago. Newport Beach and Laguna Beach have incredible gourmet markets/stores. We are happy that Harmons has such an excellent, diverse, large selection of all natural and organic products. The Organic Artisan Country French Bread is made from scratch, daily, in-store. It is delicious, and is the Best bread in Southern Utah! The bakery also makes all natural cookies and brownies, and the best, fresh, buttercream icing/frosting. Manager Mary, Emily, Naley, Crystal, Tanya, Brandy provide exceptional customer care. Artisan Baker Melissa is great as well! The deli has the best, most extensive, diverse, salad bar in the area, with great to-go containers. Their salad dressings are fresh-made and the best as well! They also make fresh, scratch-made seasonal items, as well as scratch-made mashed potatoes, rotisserie chicken, chicken tenders, lasagna, meatloaf, polenta, and much more. During holidays, they have au gratin potatoes, turkey breast, cranberry sauce, etc. They also have fresh-made grab-and-go meals, a large variety of entrees, for one, two, etc. TJ, David, Gage, Jennifer and Sue go out of their way for customers and are exceptionally caring! The produce is excellent! Fresh cut watermelon and pineapple, the best lemons, organic apples, organic blackberries, herbs, etc. Ken and Lonnie are great! The meat and seafood department is excellent! They have all natural recipe-ready chicken cubes, large cooked shrimp, Velasso all natural smoked salmon, all natural delicious steaks, ground beef, and a large variety of other delicious products, as well as Applegate all natural, and/or organic, hot dogs and bacon. Most organic beef and chicken is too strong for my sensitive palate, but we love all natural products. Manager Chris, Assistant Manager Alex, Michael, Red and Richard, are all very caring and provide excellent customer care and go out of their way for customers. They also carry naturally-derived cleaning products. And, in the grocery section, organic maple syrup and a large variety of gourmet, all natural, and organic products. Trevor, the Store Manager, Corey, the Assistant Manager Grocery, and Kyle are very caring and go out of their way for customer satisfaction! I have spoken with their Senior Marketing Manager, Neal Chamberlain, and he also really cares about customer satisfaction! They are planning on opening a location in Santa Clara in 2015, which will be closer to us. That said, it is worth the drive!

Great Service, Great Organization, Great Branding. Harmon’s has always strived for excellence, it’s all over their packaging. But lately they’ve really stepped up their game. The stores are super clean, the attitudes of employees has always been cheery and helpful, and as far as prices go… they may be a little on the pricier side of average but still pretty darn competitive. I do appreciate the ease of navigating the store quite a bit. And for me it’s worth a few extra cents to find what I need quicker than to save a bit and spend more time browsing and in checkout lines. Checkout lines! They’ve always done a good job at keeping checkout times quick and helping people get on their way. Compared to Walmart… that’s not only impressive, but much appreciated.

Placed an order in the deli for 45 people for our family reunion. Ordered turkey breast meals and all the fixings. The food was delicious, service was OUTSTANDING, price reasonable. My only suggestions/recommendation is that the serving size is off. We had too much food. Otherwise, completely satisfied and wish there was a Harmons in Southern California!!! Thanks to Ed, TJ, and David. See you next year!

Harmon’s is a great grocery store. It has everything and their meat and fish selections are wonderful. The staff is very attentive and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Their deli and bakery satisfy all that we want and then some. Unlike Smith’s who sell select grade beef, Harmon’s sells choice grade. Harmon’s weekly sales are very comprehensive. We are very happy to shop regularly at Harmon’s. It has become our grocery of choice

Harmons has an excellent selection and tons of checkout aisles. Unfortunately most of them are not very open. Service is hit and miss, but I’be generally had decent experiences here. They have sushi and deli food and salads/soups, etc. which are all pretty good. There is a café by the sushi called café ibis that has gelato and tea/coffee/chai/etc. Overall I really like Harmon’s and even though its quite out of the way for me I try to go out of my way to shop here when I can.

We stop here when traveling thru St George to SLC. We pick up either lunch or dinner. They have a huge selection of deli foods and chicken dishes, etc. a park next door makes eating better than restaurants or we take food to our hotel. We really like this place!

Staff was not particularly friendly. I couldn’t believe they started hauling a large freezer to be installed straight through the store while customers continued to shop! Seasonal aisle looked as if it had been ravaged. Really disappointed that our neighborhood grocer has gone so far downhill during the renovations.

I love coming here. They have lots of different items and specialty items. Some of the items they sell are more expensive than other places but they have really good quality items.

I love all of the bakery that I have tried from the sourdough loaves to the custom cakes. The other day I picked up your chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream frosting and found it difficult to believe just how such a simple cake could be so good. WOW. Save a very small sliver I was compelled to consume it without help. Keep on making this one. Congratulations.

Ok I consider Harmons in Saint George, the whole foods store or Safeway store. They carry lots of stuff which other groceries don’t carry in Saint George, yes they are Expensive . Very friendly and nice staff like any store in town and that is the LDS culture for sure, that’s what I notice when I came to UT.
