Horrible customer service. Super stingy. Manager was too busy on her social media on her phone to care when I had a complaint. There was a nasty piece of meat(if you can call it that) that my fork wouldn’t even go through. And when I told her all she said was ok. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t try to fix the issue. NOTHING!!! super dirty. I will never spend another dime there

I had the fried rice with orange and teriyaki chicken. It was so fresh and good. I love the food here and the service is great too. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the pop machine area was a mess and the floor was all sticky. It seemed to be that way every time I went there.

Great food and fresh. Doesn’t look like it was seating there all day, it looked fresh and delicious. I tried the honey sesame chicken and my favorite orange chicken with fried rice. Great value and lots on food for the price and they even give you a fortune cookie. If anyone is in the st george area you have to try this panda express.

Absolute garbage. Portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller, yet the price you pay seems to be getting higher. Quality of the food was also horrible. Panda will no longer receive my business from here on out.

So-so orange chicken and tasteless fried rice. Not even good portions for the price if the food had been tasty.

Now I remember why I quit coming to this one. Love pandas food, this location just don’t cut it. This progressively worse. By far and away the worst one I’ve ever eaten at on multiple occasions it’s been this bad. Chow mein is cold and greasy, Orange chicken & Sweet Fire chicken so hard can’t even bite through it. Think I might have just chipped his tooth… save you money!

The worst service and dirtiest Panda I have ever been in. After traveling from Across the state we wanted something familiar, I was very disappointed by «Christina’s» attitude. Our toddler children of course need to use the bathroom and wash their hands… simple right?! The two girls just looked at us and shrugged like it was our fault they did not have a key then turned to ignore us to help the next customer. We had to walk to the other side of the mall to Staples and beg them to open after closing to right Panda’s wrong. No apologies, no service. STAFFISNOTFAMILYFRIENDLY!!!

It seems like this place is poppin’ at night. Since this is St. George in Utah, there aren’t too many places left open late at night. So the lines will get pretty long. It’s just like any other Panda Express, nothing different, and they still had the Honey Sesame chicken when i went :)

We’ve all been to Panda Express before and the food is basically the same in every location. So it’s not necessarily the food that sets a certain location apart but the customer service. The service here was excellent! They gave us multiple samples and made sure we had a fresh batch of orange chicken. When the line got long one of the servers loaded up a tray with samples and served the line of people waiting. Now THAT’S good customer service! By the way… the food was good too!

This location tastes better than the location at Sunset Corner. They recently did a remodel and it looks good. Sometimes it is too busy in here. The food tastes better a few doors down at L&L Hawaiian BBQ and is similar food. I wish they served Coke instead of Pepsi. I hate how they guard the soy sauce behind the counter like it’s some kind of secret treasure. Give me the soy sauce!!!

Definitely not on par with the Panda name. Really dirty restaurant and mistaken orders.

Bad Panda! I’ve been to some fast-food joints that were squared away. This Panda Express was a failure. On the day we stopped in, the front-end crew at this place was clueless and unmotivated. There were no clean food trays on the line, but a stack of dirty ones behind the line. No soy sauce visible anywhere — we had to ask for soy sauce and chopsticks. My Orange Chicken, a Panda Express staple, was dry and overcooked. This place can do much better.

O… M… G. There’s a bubbly, natural blond chick helping me behind the P.E. counter. «Welcome to Panda!» she squeaks. There’s a first for everything.
